Excellent service from very highly qualified and empathetic staff. Getting referred to whoever, in the larger network of Smiles Dental facilities, is most qualified to deal with particular issues is a real positive. In effect, you have a large number of practitioners at your disposal beyond those at your regular practice. For procedures requiring specialist skills this is a big positive.

It’s honestly something I never thought I’d say, but I’m so grateful to be leaving a review for a dental clinic. Due to past experiences, I’ve always carried a lot of anxiety around visiting the dentist. However, since becoming a patient here two years ago, every visit has been different. I’ve consistently felt cared for, supported, and included in my treatment. The relationship built between patient and doctor has truly changed how I experience dental care and has helped me feel more at ease continuing my treatments. A special thank you to Dr Caroline for the care she has given both my husband and me, and to the entire team. I’m also very grateful to the team who supported me last week during an extraction — your calm and thoughtful approach made a real difference. The way you hold the space and support patients through procedures has helped me not just physically but also emotionally. Thank you for being part of my journey back to a healthier me.

I have called them twice to reschedule at 8:07 and 9:35, but no one answered. Ironically, the front desk lady who has a serious and unhappy face, you know who I am talking when you see her, said she was there whole day. Also, the appointment message only send me the questionnaire without the appointment time. Now because I have no way to reschedule and attend the appointment, they just took the money. How easy? They definitely took a lot of efforts to wash all the negative and non-beneficial comments.

My five years old son was delighted to go for the second appointment,with doctor Angelina Deyanova. She was really patient and she did a great job. Probably the best children Dentist in Ireland. Highly recommended.

Probably the best dental experience I’ve ever had. I’m usually quite nervous but Fernanda was so calm and assuring and it really made me feel at ease. The work (two fillings) seems to be top notch too.

I have just had a complex extraction done at Smiles by Dr Camile Simioni. What a calming experience. Dr Simioni explained exactly what she was doing all through procedure. She kept checking I was ok and was so gentle. I recommend her highly. Thank you Dr Simioni. Emer de Barra

Avoid booking with Dr. Fernanda. I visited her clinic due to pain in one of my teeth and asked for her professional opinion. She recommended filling three adjacent teeth, assuring me this would resolve the issue. I trusted her advice and went ahead with the treatment — but the pain persisted. When I returned and asked for a retreatment, she agreed, but did not properly address the problem. She then confirmed that the tooth actually needed a root canal, yet she neither offered to redo the treatment correctly nor provided a refund for the unnecessary fillings. I feel misled and extremely disappointed by the lack of care and responsibility. I do not recommend her to anyone seeking reliable dental care. The image I attached is the persistent inflammation of that tooth for nearly a year

I had a surgical tooth extraction done at Smiles Dental in Dundrum, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I was extremely nervous beforehand due to a horrible past experience elsewhere, but I chose Smiles because of their great reviews — and they definitely lived up to them. Dr. Martin Robledo performed the procedure, and he was fantastic. I didn’t feel any pain during the extraction, and even afterwards I had no discomfort at all. I’m so relieved and grateful for how smoothly everything went. I’d highly recommend Smiles Dental Dundrum.
