I had a great experience with Dr Karl Cassidy. A very thorough examination was carried out, and everything was explained to me clearly and in detail throughout the appointment. Dr Cassidy took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. The level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend Shelbourne Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dentist.

I’ve been attending Shelbourne Dental Clinic for years now, and I’ve consistently had excellent experiences. Mark is a fantastic dentist - always professional, thorough, and very reassuring, which makes every visit comfortable. The whole team are genuinely friendly and welcoming. They create a relaxed atmosphere and always take the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients, and that level of attention and consistency is why I keep coming back. We've had Dr. Karl and the team look after our teeth for years, and we have our smiles to show for it. Always welcoming, available and professional. The experience is easy and seamless - from booking appointments online to getting reminders when it's time to come again. They also have direct charge with the major insurance companys. Don't miss the lego model of the clinic built by Dr. Karl, it really captures what they do best - combine serious professionalism with a fun and warm attitud.

I had a tooth extraction and implant done at Shelbourne with Dr. Karl. The time table and all the steps involved were very clearly explained to me up front. The procedure went smoothly and I'm very happy with the results. The entire staff was very professional and friendly throughout the process.

Karl is Probably the best dentist in Ireland. They won't overcharge you and they will take care of your teeth as if they were family. The worst thing they have is the appointment system, that is outdated and doesn't work correctly. You end up doing the by phone or email, which is not ideal. Even with that, they deserve a 5 star rating.

I travel across the city to go to Mark&Karl. They are very thorough&look after you really well. I'm a nervous patient and their kindness and manner really helps. All staff are courteous & kind. I've tried 2 other dentists & they were nowhere near as professional & warm as Shelbourne staff. Highly recommend.

I have been going here a few years and never had a bad experience. I've visited both Mark and Karl and they are both amazing. Dental nurses brilliant too and welcoming reception. Highly recommended 👌

Carla, Mark and Karl are all exceptional in their professional approach which really helps the patient feel confident. I had a broken tooth recently and they have been reassuring as to the correct course of treatment and further action. They are excellent. They deserve 10 stars.
