Excellent practice with consistently high-quality care and service. The reception team are welcoming and efficient, making everything run smoothly.
I'm an extremely nervous patient and was dreading the root canal. I previously had an implant done here, and while neither procedure is without pain, I felt I was in good hands throughout. Dr Laura Vazquez is exceptionally good at managing anxiety – professional, highly skilled, and has a calm manner that makes complex procedures manageable.
Treatment options are explained clearly without feeling rushed or pushed into anything unnecessary. The clinical care is excellent in a modern, well-equipped setting. Booking and follow-up are straightforward, with appointments easy to arrange and queries handled promptly. Overall, a practice where you feel listened to and confident in the standard of care.
I had a cleaning with Laura Vázquez and I couldn’t be happier. I usually feel a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, especially because cleanings have been painful for me in the past and often dismissed.
Laura was completely different, she really listened, took me seriously, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. It was actually the first cleaning I’ve had that didn’t hurt. She was also great at recommending products to help me at home.
I left feeling genuinely happy and much less anxious about future visits. I’ll definitely be going back.
