Getting referred to whoever, in the larger network of Smiles Dental facilities, is most qualified to deal with particular issues is a real positive. She recommended filling three adjacent teeth, assuring me this would resolve the issue. I trusted her advice and went ahead with the treatment — but the pain persisted. When I returned and asked for a retreatment, she agreed, but did not properly address the problem. She then confirmed that the tooth actually needed a root canal, yet she neither offered to redo the treatment correctly nor provided a refund for the unnecessary fillings. I feel misled and extremely disappointed by the lack of care and responsibility. I do not recommend her to anyone seeking reliable dental care.
