At ClinicPicker we respect your privacy and treat the protection of your personal data as one of our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and services, how we process it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.

2.1 Data You Give Us Directly

• Name, surname and contact details (email, phone)
• Information you provide when creating an account
• Appointment requests and booking details
• Your clinic searches and filters
• Messages and feedback you send us

2.2 Data Collected Automatically

• IP address and browser information
• Navigation and click data across pages
• Which clinic pages you open while logged in. These are stored against your account, and only while you are logged in, so that we can show them back to you under "Clinics you viewed" on your profile. We do not record this for visitors who are not logged in.
• Device type, operating system and language preference
• Data obtained through cookies and similar tracking technologies

3. How We Use Your Data

We process the data we collect only for the following purposes:

• To provide, improve and personalise our services
• To manage appointments and bookings
• To send notifications relating to your account
• To respond to your support requests
• To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud
• To meet our legal obligations
• To carry out analytics and statistical work (in anonymised form)

4. Cookies

ClinicPicker uses cookies so the platform works correctly and to improve your experience. Cookies are used for session management, remembering your preferences and anonymous analytics.

We also carry advertising served by Google AdSense, and its cookies are a different matter from the ones above. They are set by Google rather than by us, and they are used to select the adverts you see and to measure them. None of them is set before you have been asked and have agreed. The consent notice you see on your first visit is Google's certified consent tool; you can reopen it at any time to change your answer or withdraw it, and declining leaves the adverts in place without the tracking behind them.

You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the platform may then stop working properly.

5. Data Sharing

We share your personal data with third parties only in the following cases:

• Service providers: partners under confidentiality agreements who supply payment, email and infrastructure services
• Clinics: only the information necessary for the appointment you requested, shared with that clinic
• Legal obligations: competent authorities, where required by a court order or statutory duty
• Business transfer: in a merger or acquisition — you will be informed in advance about what happens to your data
• Advertising: Google, which supplies the adverts on this site, and only where you have agreed to advertising cookies. What reaches Google is what your browser sends it — pages viewed, approximate location, device. Your account, your phone number and your reviews are not part of it and are never passed on.

We never sell your data under any circumstances.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as our service relationship continues, and afterwards for the period needed to meet our legal obligations. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days, except where statutory retention periods apply.

Users in Europe under the GDPR, and users in Türkiye under Law No. 6698 (KVKK), have the following rights:

• Request access to your data
• Ask for inaccurate data to be corrected
• Request erasure of your data (the "right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing or request that it be restricted
• Data portability
• Withdraw your consent
