1. Acceptance and Scope

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form the legal agreement between ClinicPicker and every individual who accesses or uses the ClinicPicker platform (the "User").

Continuing to use the platform means you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the platform.

2. Description of the Service

ClinicPicker is an online platform that lets users discover, compare and request appointments at clinics worldwide. The platform acts solely as an intermediary; it is not directly involved in the healthcare services clinics provide.

• Verified user reviews
• Appointment request form
• Referral to specialist clinics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your account secure is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, and notify us immediately if you notice unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

3.3 Suspension

ClinicPicker reserves the right to suspend or delete, without prior notice, any account found to be in breach of these Terms.

4. User Obligations

When using the platform you agree to the following rules:

• Do not provide false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Do not post content that infringes the rights of others
• Do not attempt anything that threatens the security of the platform
• Do not send spam, advertising or unsolicited content
• Do not harvest data with automated tools (scraping) without permission
• Comply with all applicable local and international laws

5. Clinics and Health Disclaimer

ClinicPicker wishes to make clear that the clinics listed on the platform are independent healthcare providers and that no partnership exists between them and us.

• Appointment requests made through the platform are not confirmed until the relevant clinic approves them.
• ClinicPicker cannot be held responsible for the healthcare services, prices or treatment outcomes provided by clinics.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health decision.
• Content on the platform does not constitute medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform (logo, text, imagery, software code, database structure and so on) belongs to ClinicPicker or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, distributing or modifying the content without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. User Content and Reviews

By adding a review or other content to the platform, you grant ClinicPicker a free licence to publish, edit and remove that content on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring the content you share is accurate, honest and does not infringe the rights of others. ClinicPicker may remove content that breaches these rules without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

ClinicPicker accepts no liability for:

• Platform outages, technical faults or data loss
• Outcomes of healthcare services received from clinics
• The content of third-party links
• Damages arising from a User's breach of these Terms

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClinicPicker's liability is in all cases limited to the service fees you paid over the preceding 6 months.

9. Pricing and Payments

Some advanced features or clinic listing services may be chargeable. Prices and payment terms for paid services are stated separately on the relevant service page. All prices exclude applicable taxes.

10. Changes and Termination

10.1 Changes to the Terms

ClinicPicker reserves the right to change these Terms without prior notice. Significant changes are announced by email or via a platform notification. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the current Terms.

10.2 Ending the Service

You may end your service relationship at any time by closing your account. ClinicPicker may likewise discontinue or modify its service when it deems it necessary.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing agreement, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
