A very nice experience at Northumberland Dental Clinic. The staff were very friendly and cheerful. Dr Ray McCarthy was amazing. Respectful, patient, and informative. Couldn’t be happier.

Last year, Dr. Jennifer Collins performed the roughest cleaning I’ve experienced and tried to upsell teeth whitening, telling me it had no side effects!! I found that dishonest. This year, I booked four weeks in advance. Confirmed by email on the day as requested, received a reply confirming everything was fine, then arrived to find Dr. Jennifer Collins had already left! I had taken time off work and walked through heavy rain for the appointment. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve never had such poor experience with other dental clinics before.
