Last year, Dr. Jennifer Collins performed the roughest cleaning I’ve experienced and tried to upsell teeth whitening, telling me it had no side effects!! I found that dishonest. This year, I booked four weeks in advance. Confirmed by email on the day as requested, received a reply confirming everything was fine, then arrived to find Dr. Jennifer Collins had already left! I had taken time off work and walked through heavy rain for the appointment. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and dishonest. I’ve never had such poor experience with other dental clinics before.
