Great experience from start to finish. Had an emergency dental issue on Friday evening and was seen first thing Saturday morning, which was such a relief. Dr. Meng was incredibly reassuring and professional, and made the whole experience completely seamless. He put me at ease straight away and explained everything clearly. The service was efficient, friendly, and I really appreciated how quickly I was seen. Excellent service and I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing dental care.
I paid for a dental cleaning and polishing; however, only part of the treatment was carried out, and this was done without any prior agreement. In particular, tartar build-up, plaque, and dark stains were not fully removed.
Due to these concerns, I sought a second opinion from another dental practice. I was advised that the treatment had not been completed properly and that tartar remained, particularly on the upper teeth.
As a result, I am concerned about the standard of care provided. As a patient, I expect to receive a professional and complete service, especially when paying a significant fee.
I would not recommend this place.
Exceptional treatment and care to extract my 4 year old’s broken tooth late on a Sunday evening. Short notice, outside of standard hours, and the dentist & nurse still had endless patience and skill to get the job done.
Visited Dr. Emara this morning needing an emergency tooth extraction. I was very nervous but he put me at ease and was very considerate and patient with me and the way I was feeling. The options and procedures were fully explained to me before the extraction. He made sure I was comfortable throughout and I am delighted to say am pain free this afternoon. Would highly recommend him.

Three weeks ago, I went for a root canal treatment and was able to get an appointment very quickly, which was impressive. Since I live in another city, the dentist made sure to treat me as soon as possible. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Emara was extremely patient and very friendly. The entire process was very efficient.
Dr Emara is excellent and kind. He did my root canal in Nov 2023 and was exceptional at all my appointments. He’s responsive and professional. I’m truly impressed and will see him again to get a retainer for my front teeth. Highly recommend!
I visited Dr. Emara today with extreme pain in my back molar, my experience was absolutely amazing, he diagnosed the issue and talked me through all the options I had available without any pressure, I decided to have the molar extracted and the whole process was extremely smooth from start to finish and did not feel rushed at all, he really put me at ease and gave clear instructions throughout the procedure,
Dr. Emara is an absolute gentleman and I could not recommend him enough, I'm so grateful for the service he provided.
