Great experience from start to finish. Had an emergency dental issue on Friday evening and was seen first thing Saturday morning, which was such a relief. Dr. Meng was incredibly reassuring and professional, and made the whole experience completely seamless. He put me at ease straight away and explained everything clearly. The service was efficient, friendly, and I really appreciated how quickly I was seen. Excellent service and I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing dental care.

I paid for a dental cleaning and polishing; however, only part of the treatment was carried out, and this was done without any prior agreement. In particular, tartar build-up, plaque, and dark stains were not fully removed. Due to these concerns, I sought a second opinion from another dental practice. I was advised that the treatment had not been completed properly and that tartar remained, particularly on the upper teeth. As a result, I am concerned about the standard of care provided. As a patient, I expect to receive a professional and complete service, especially when paying a significant fee. I would not recommend this place.

Visited Dr. Emara this morning needing an emergency tooth extraction. I was very nervous but he put me at ease and was very considerate and patient with me and the way I was feeling.
