Jacklyn at reception is lovely, always kind and polite and keen to help. I have been going to this practice for about a year now and overall I am happy with my treatment and my dentist at the time (he has now left). Since the new year there have been some admin hiccups and it seems that it is difficult to find a dental checkup appointment soon enough nowadays however I really rely on Jacklyn and how keen she is to sort out any issues.

Since my 1 consultation online to my 1st visit my whole experience was flawless. Got all my appointments very quick and I got to choose when best suited. The receptionist jacky is super friendly and also remembers patients names, she makes sure you leave happy and always has a smile on her face. I opted in for braces at Waldron and I am loving my experience I am 4 months in and I can see the drastic change. They communicate with patients very well and show you results before and after

I had a really positive experience at Waldron Dental New Cross. The whole team was professional, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I arrived. A special mention to Jacqueline at reception—she was incredibly nice and friendly, greeting everyone with a warm smile and making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The care I received was excellent, and everything was explained clearly. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental practice!

I had a very positive experience at Waldron Dental. The team was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. Emma, the lady on the phone does great job. Fantastic customer service, I cannot be more happy of the way she helped me to solve my problem due to the changes of the practice. I had to write this review a few days ago. I am in the practice now and do it right now. Thank you so much Emma.

I have had a very good experience at Waldron Dental Clinic. The doctors are very friendly, professional, and always make me feel comfortable during my appointments. Ms Jacklyn is especially kind, welcoming, and friendly every time I visit. She is always helpful and makes the whole experience much more pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic.

Jacklyn is an amazing, kind receptionist. Always greets me with kindness and respect. She is an honest worker that explains everything clearly. She can also be very understanding at times.

Beautiful practice, I'm really pleased with the services from The Dentist Maher and his lovely nurse. They did a great job, and the receptionists and treatment coordinator were wonderful too. Well done!👌👏❤️ Salha Abdalla🙃
