I had a very positive experience at Cheadle Hulme Dental & Aesthetics. Ben was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. He managed to save and repair my child's tooth when other dentists had recommended extraction, which we were very grateful for.
The entire team was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visits. The practice was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we felt genuinely cared for as patients from start to finish.
The cost of treatment was also very reasonable and represented excellent value for the quality of care provided.
I would highly recommend Ben and the whole team at Cheadle Hulme Dental & Aesthetics to anyone looking for high-quality dental care.
I originally went with an emergency ( having not been to the Dentist for many many years, due to a phobia) I saw Ben who was fantastic and really put me at ease, he was extremely patient with me and talked me through some ways they can support patients who have a fear of going.
I’ve since been back to register with them as a new patient and had a full check up due to how supportive they were.
The surgery itself is extremely tidy and clean and all staff I have come across were friendly and professional.
An amazing dental practice that I have been a customer of for nearly 15 years. The dental practice is lovely and super modern. The reception team are always very friendly. I think we can all agree that going to the dentist can be nerve wracking, but the team at Cheadle Hulme Dental made me feel really welcome from the moment i arrived, especially as I had my son with me.
The ladies on reception were lovely, and Hope was so reassuring and helpful in explaining everything that was needed. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever, which made the whole experience much more comfortable.
The practice was really clean and they even offered tea, coffee, biscuits, and water which was such a nice touch. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who feels nervous about visiting the dentist.
I was referred to Cheadle Hulme Dental and Cosmetics by my Dentist (NHS) for a Single Implant.
From the moment I received a phone call that they had my referral and arriving at the Practice which has very comfy sofas for a waiting area, plus drinks and two water bottle fridges! My initial appointment was very detailed by explaining all the various treatments available besides an Implant, together with cost and payment options.
Each member of staff was super friendly and caring about me and my planned treatment.
The next stage was to meet the dentist who would be treating me.
Shi is super friendly and reassured me that I was in safe hands.
I had a CT Scan that day to ensure my jaw/bone are was ok to accept the implant .. it was! (It had been explained on my initial appointment what happens should I need a bone graft)
Appointments were made for my implant surgery…which on the day Shi explained what he would be doing and what I must do to aid the healing. The implant surgery was a success and Shi and his team were very caring throughout the procedure.
I received a call the following day to see how I was feeling and constant re assurance to contact the surgery if I have any concerns.
Next appoint is to have my stitches removed.
Then in a couple of months I go back to my dentist to have my crown fitted.
I wish I could afford to have Cheadle Hulme Dental & Cosmetics as my regular dentist but unfortunately my income does not stretch that far.
From the initial phone call to my follow up call today and treatment in between, I most definitely recommend this Dental Practice.
I had an outstanding experience at this dental practice. The service was truly amazing from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment I was receiving. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of care. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, they really go above and beyond to make you feel at ease. I highly recommend this dentist practice to anyone looking for exceptional care and a great overall experience!
I have been a patient here for over 15 years. The practice has an amazing, modern feel. From the moment you open the door, the reception team are always friendly and welcoming. Mo has been my dentist for many years now. At today’s visit he reassured me that my teeth were in great shape and offered advice on how to maintain proper care. He also took x-rays and took the time to talk me through the results. The hygienist Ellie did a great job of thoroughly cleaning my teeth and ensuring they were at their best. She was also able to offer advice on how best to tackle a few problem areas. Thank you team, I will be back in 6 months!
Very happy with the service I’ve received at this dental practice. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming from the reception staff to the assistants, nurses and dentists. The dental work is second to none as is the hygienist and cleaning work. All the staff are very knowledgeable and always happy to answer any questions.
