Jacklyn at reception is lovely, always kind and polite and keen to help. I have been going to this practice for about a year now and overall I am happy with my treatment and my dentist at the time (he has now left). Since the new year there have been some admin hiccups and it seems that it is difficult to find a dental checkup appointment soon enough nowadays however I really rely on Jacklyn and how keen she is to sort out any issues.
