I would highly recommend completing your aligner journey at Smile Stylist. All of the staff are wonderful, the reception staff (Elaine, Elka, Charles) are so attentive and welcoming. Dr.Matt has been incredible! He genuinely cares about the patients expectations and delivers on what he says he will. Lydia, assisted Dr.Matt, and she too was very helpful. The hygienist Jaynisha is wonderful at her job, and made my teeth feel very clean. The dental nurse, Chloe, completed my first consultation and explained the entire process very thoroughly.
The enlighten tooth whitening experience at smile stylist was amazing. The team are very friendly and helpful. The process was quick and well managed. The results are amazing, I am very happy with my new colour of my teeth!
I would highly recommend enlighten to anyone wondering if it’s worth the price. I have tried many other teeth whitening methods but this one is by far the best.
I’ve recently completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Ben at Smile Stylist Manchester, and I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the results.
I began my treatment around a year ago, and shortly after starting, I relocated to New York for work. Naturally, I was quite apprehensive about how this would impact the process, but Dr Ben immediately put me at ease. His attentiveness and commitment to patient care were exceptional from day one — he reassured me that everything would stay on track and made himself readily available whenever I had questions, even responding via Instagram despite the time difference.
Throughout the entire journey, Dr Ben and his team made what could have been a complicated situation feel completely seamless. They were incredibly accommodating whenever I returned to the UK for check ups, and they ensured that my aligners were shipped to me in New York promptly and without any issues. The level of organisation and communication was outstanding.
I also want to give special recognition to the reception team, who were consistently warm, welcoming, and proactive throughout the entire process. They maintained regular communication via email, coordinated shipments of aligners and retainers seamlessly, and ensured everything arrived on time. Their professionalism and friendliness truly enhanced the overall experience — particularly Elaine and Charles, who went above and beyond to keep communication clear and consistent at every stage.
Thanks to Dr Ben’s expertise and genuine care, the entire process felt smooth and stress free, even whilst living 3,000 miles away. I’m absolutely delighted with my results and would highly recommend Smile Stylist Manchester to anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment.
