I had an excellent experience at this MRI clinic in Waterloo. I was able to book an appointment just 24 hours in advance for a Sunday afternoon, which was incredibly convenient. I arrived early and was taken in straight away—no waiting around at all.
From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and the technician and his assistant were both highly professional and efficient, making the whole process smooth and reassuring.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone needing an MRI. A truly first-class experience.

My MRI results came very quickly.
Few weeks ago I had MRI scan. I was a little bit earlier just to be sure I will have enough time to prepare myself without stress.
I have so much to say...
Firstly what strike me mostly was how kind and nice Vista Team was. They were greeting with smile and making me feel welcomed.
Next how professional Vista Team was. To me it looked like every member knew exactly what they're duty was. Obviously great knowledge and full professionalism.
Thirdly Vista Team made me feel like we know eachother for years, they're shown me compassion, kindness and understanding. And last but not least, I had one of the best time for rest while MRI was processed. I have cervical spine injury that causes me pain... I was struggling with sleep, but this MRI machine has the most comfortable bench/bed and I loved this noise that this machine makes while is working. I felt it comforting and this 8/10 minutes in MRI give me so much relax and rest that I almost feel asleep. Amazing experience whatsoever!!

Very efficient & kind. Helped search for an MRI scan so able to access one in a timely manner. Really reassuring to have this service available when the NHS is sadly failing us.
I honestly don't know why this place has negative reviews. First, once you come out of Exit 2 from Waterloo station (where McDonalds is), it's literally the tall building in front of you. If you look up, you see their logo on the building. You have to make an effort to miss the place really. Secondly, I came 30 mins early, they took me in early, explained the MRI procedure, got it done in 10+ minutes and I was in/out 20 minutes max. The staff were polite and efficient. For me, it was perfect.
I love having my images available on their portal. I am a vet, and I wanted to see my scans firsthand. The whole booking experience and the MRI itself has been flawless.
I would advise that if you are struggling, just go for it. Take your health into your hands. Don't wait for the NHS. Of course, it's a cost, but how much money do we waste? This is your health, your responsibility. Good luck!
Vista health, I was referred by my gp for an Mri scan, i was contacted a day before to confirm my attendance which I did on time, but on arrival they told me they've cancelled my appointment as my gp made mistake in requesting the correct type of scan. I understand this was the gp mistake however Vista health should have communicated the cancellation more promptly as I had to spend a lot of time and money trying to attend the appointment which was cancelled last minute. This is very unprofessional and better communication could save me time and money
The service declared a quick access for scans but at the fact you would no have it. After you paid they would tell you that you need a referral and you had to postpone your scan for several days. Most of their emails don't work. Several consultants call you from different numbers all day. No information in the website about the need of referral. Even with referral they decline toake me MRI scan, even for money, this is not an NHS service. Ridiculous. Don't recommend.
