Recently attended The Orth centre in Manchester… have to be perfectly honest. Was absolutely delighted with the Dr & medical assistant, both was caring, understanding & made my visit very positive too. The actual procedure was AMAZING & working very well. The one thing I would mention negatively, unfortunately , was the front of house (reception staff at the main entrance) Came across ignorant & not really helpful or engaging!

I arrived at 11:00am for a consultants appointment during which he said I needed an X Ray and an MRI scan. Bev on the front desk appreciated I had travelled some distance to the hospital and there was some urgency to have these procedures done. She was very helpful with the result that she organised both to be done straight away, saving me further delay and a return journey on another day. Two hours after arriving I was able to leave with everything completed. How can you better that? A five star performance from Bev and all the staff that made this possible which was a great help to me. Thanks

I recently attended Spire OrthTeam Manchester and have had an exceptionally positive experience from start to finish. From my initial consultation with Mr Timothy Clough, I felt completely reassured. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I fully understood the proposed treatment plan. His calm and professional manner immediately put me at ease. During my second visit, I was seen by Mr Andy Dunn and Alison, and the same high standard of care continued. Every appointment has been handled by genuinely friendly, kind, and professional staff who make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. There is a real sense that they care about their patients, and nothing ever feels rushed. What stood out most for me was how clearly everything was explained, particularly during procedures. I felt relaxed and reassured throughout, which is not always the case when attending hospital appointments. The team’s approach is both professional and compassionate, creating an environment where you feel confident and well looked after. I cannot recommend Spire OrthTeam Manchester highly enough. The entire experience has been exceptional

Good coffee & nice biscuits. There was something else, now what was it? Oh, I remember now. Camilla & Alison the staff I had interaction with were professional & amiable, Mr Fraser my consultant carried out my procedure in a professional manner & kept me informed of what he was doing. Had my MRI at OrthTeam Centre today and want to thank Zulqarnain and Angel. I arrived 15-20 minutes late, fully expecting to have to rebook, but they took it in their stride and got me into the scanner quickly without rushing the scan. Both were attentive, professional, and good-humoured throughout, which made the whole experience genuinely easy. Managed to complete the full MRI despite my lateness. Really grateful - thank you both.

I had an amazing experience with Alison today. Following a mix up with my appointment meaning I was unable to be seen at the time of my initial booking, she went out of her way to ensure I was seen within 2 hours. She was so kind and caring and accommodated me in every way possible. I felt very well looked after and am extremely grateful for the compassion and empathy she showed.

I had an initial consultation with Mr. Barton today and I was greeted warmly by the receptionist admin staff Bev. Mr. Barton was very professional and knowledgable and both him and Bev were extremely helpful and considerate when coordinating my next apppointment. A very good experience at the OrthTeam Care facility!

Second visit to the OrthTeam. Prof Bhatti was excellent as always. Lovely Sarah put me at my ease before the procedure and made sure I was OK throughout and after. What a lovely sunny lady! Thanks to you both for first class service.
