Outstanding level of care, I was so impressed! From the reception staff, to the incredible nurses and surgeons, everyone was excellent, professional and lovely. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and immaculate. The food was good and freshly made. The anaesthetist Dr Ahmad Ziyad was fantastic and put me at ease, having never had general anaesthetic before. Thank you to all the staff, the nurses and the doctors for making my stay and surgery less stressful.
I had a very positive experience at The London Clinic. From arrival, everything felt calm, clean, professional and well organised. The staff were warm and friendly, and the whole process felt easy at what was otherwise quite a stressful appointment.
I saw Dr Andrew Gaya for a second opinion during a complex stage of my cancer treatment, and I was extremely impressed. He had clearly taken the time to understand my history, scans and previous treatments in detail. I felt listened to, taken seriously, and not rushed.
What stood out most was the combination of clinical expertise and genuine kindness. The appointment was honest and realistic, but also thoughtful and constructive, with a clear plan for next steps.
Overall, the clinic felt welcoming, efficient and reassuring. I left feeling better informed, well supported, and confident that my care was being handled carefully. I would happily recommend The London Clinic and Dr Gaya.

From the porters' warm welcome to Nurse Cherry's compassion, everyone exceeded expectations. Manager Prudencua Jennings and Dr. Arhmad Ziyad (the anesthetist) were outstanding. Even as a healthcare pro who works in one of the top hospitals not only in the country but in the World I was blown away by the care 💆.
The whole team showed incredible kindness, professionalism, dignity and respect. Made my first surgery a breeze! 🌟 Will definitely choose The London Clinic again. Huge thanks to the team - you've changed my perspective on being a patient 🙌.

Excellent care at The London Clinic. Everyone I dealt with was attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind. From the reception desk to the fourth floor. My consultant was exemplary - she took the time to explain everything clearly and put me completely at ease.
I felt in very safe hands throughout. She was highly recommended and glad I followed through with that advice.
I had a hysteroscopy under deep sedation and the experience overall was great. The nurses and doctors were kind and explained all steps of the procedure in detail. The food afterwards was great as well.
I deducted two stars because of the poor communication regarding payments. A few days after my procedure I was told that my take-home medication and some of the consultant's fee are not covered by my private health insurance as they exceed the payment limits.This is something I should have been told BEFORE the procedure.
My procedure was with Arhmad Ziyad (anesthesist) and Ms Michelle Swer (gynaecologist).
I attended The London Clinic for a hand operation with Dr Berber. From the pre-operative assessment and blood tests through to the day of surgery, post-operative care and hand therapy, I found the entire experience to be excellent.
The facilities were clean, the staff were knowledgeable and efficient, and the timekeeping was exceptional.
My only disappointment was that there was no hot meal available after surgery because I was not staying overnight. That said, the salmon and cream cheese bagel was very nice.
The physiotherapist Yong was excellent. He is very good at listening and this helped to guide the choice of exercises. A goal was set and the sessions were tailored to provide sufficient challenge. Take home exercises were effective. The coaching and counsel were also very good. The adaptations to some of the exercises were also very helpful and this was key to my ongoing progress. I can see ongoing results but I have to ensure I put the work in also
I recently underwent surgery at The London Clinic for a pharyngeal pouch, and I can honestly say the entire experience exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I arrived, I felt I was in safe hands. My surgeon, Mr Jahangir Ahmed, was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease before the procedure, which really helped calm any nerves I had. His professionalism, skill, and reassuring manner made a huge difference throughout.
Following the operation, I spent two days in ICU where the care was exceptional. The staff were attentive, compassionate, and constantly monitoring my recovery, which gave me real confidence during a critical time. After that, I moved to the ward for three nights, and the high standard of care continued. Every member of staff I encountered was kind, supportive, and professional.
The facilities were excellent, and the overall level of care I received was first-class from start to finish. I’m incredibly grateful to Mr Ahmed and the entire team at The London Clinic for making what could have been a very stressful experience feel safe, smooth, and well-managed.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The London Clinic to anyone needing specialist treatment.
