I had an iron infusion at The London Independent Hospital today and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
From reception onwards, everything felt organised and professional. I was shown to my room, had the procedure carried out smoothly and was able to rest comfortably before and after. Every member of staff I interacted with was kind, reassuring and professional. I would especially like to mention Ola and Elizabeth from the nursing team, who were excellent and made me feel very well looked after throughout.
Having a private room made a real difference and the overall standard of care was very high.
I recently had a procedure at London Independent Hospital, and I can't thank the team enough for the outstanding care I received.
From the moment I arrived, every member of staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. The hospital is spotless, well organised, and has a calm atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.
A special thank you to Dr. V. Sharma and the entire team who looked after me. I'd also like to give a special mention to Nurse Maria, who was incredibly attentive, informative, and compassionate throughout my visit. Unfortunately, I can't remember everyone's names, but every single person I came across treated me with genuine kindness and respect.
The level of patient care and hospitality was exceptional and made what could have been a stressful day feel comfortable and reassuring.

I had a very positive experience during my stay. The staff were incredibly lovely, kind, and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well cared for. The food was good, the chocolate ice cream was delicious.
The room was clean, cozy and well-maintained, which really helped me feel at ease. Overall, everything made me feel supported and comfortable. I’m very grateful for the excellent care.

Endoscopy Unit, I had my endoscopy done today by Doctor Sharma and the staff were really supportive. The procedure was smooth and exactly how they described it would be. I chose NOT TO get sedated, I got only THROAT SPRAY, the first entry was a bit irritating but that lasted for few seconds, I was supported and we were done in less than 5 minutes. Thank you team (Nuvia, Isabella, Maria, Iris, Tamanna)
I had a really positive experience at The London Independent Hospital. Even before I decided to go ahead with surgery, the surgeon Mr. Quentin Nunes answered all of my questions and checked in regularly, which made me feel reassured and confident.
On the day of surgery, everything went smoothly. Mr. Akter (sorry, I am not sure of his 1st name) , the anaesthesiologist, was also very kind and helpful. I stayed overnight and the nurses were amazing — they made sure I was comfortable the entire time, checking in regularly and providing food, medication, and anything else I needed.
During my aftercare, when I went back to have my drain removed, Mr. Nunes was once again very supportive, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel strong and reassured about my recovery.
The whole surgical team provided exceptional care and service. I am truly grateful for how supported and looked after I felt throughout the entire process.
I cannot thank Shiby and Michelle enough. I had knee surgery yesterday and they were so kind and attentive when I came round. Really appreciated their care and distraction techniques!
The physiotherapist was also very thorough and put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything to me and show me post-surgery techniques which were really helpful.
Everyone was very kind during my stay and did their best to make me feel calm and comfortable. I would have liked to have seen or heard from the surgeon after to confirm exactly what was done on my knee (as we weren't 100% on the extent of the injury beforehand), but the physio and nurses helped explain it.
