I recently had surgery at Clementine Churchill Hospital and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional level of care I received throughout my entire experience. From the moment I arrived, every single member of staff made me feel supported, reassured, and genuinely cared for during what could have been a very stressful time.
A very special thank you goes to Auxilia, Nana, Kurvinder, Dhani, Yaw, Manisha, Rita, Emre, Richard, Debbie, and Hannah. Every one of them demonstrated incredible professionalism, compassion, patience, and kindness. Their attention to detail, warm approach, and constant reassurance made such a positive difference to my recovery journey. They worked seamlessly as a team and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed, and well looked after at every stage.
I would also like to give the highest praise to my surgeon, Yaser Ghani, who was absolutely outstanding. His expertise, confidence, and calm manner immediately put me at ease. From the initial consultation through to the surgery and aftercare, he showed exceptional professionalism and genuine care for my wellbeing. I felt completely safe in his hands, and the results of my surgery have exceeded my expectations.
The standard of care at Clementine Churchill Hospital is truly first-class. The dedication, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire team made an enormous difference to my experience, and I will always be deeply thankful. I recently had my laparoscopy procedure at Clementine Churchill Hospital and I cannot speak highly enough about the outstanding care I received.
A heartfelt thank you to Ms Shabana Syed and her incredible team for their professionalism, reassurance, and expertise throughout my procedure. Ms Syed took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety before surgery. I felt completely safe and in very capable hands.
I would also like to sincerely thank Manisha for her kindness and attentiveness. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well looked after, and her service to ensure I had good food after my surgery was outstanding,, and her warm and caring nature made such a difference to my recovery experience.
A special mention to Diane, who provided exceptional care during the evening. She was compassionate, responsive, and incredibly reassuring, especially during moments when I felt sore or anxious. Knowing she was there gave me great peace of mind, her discharge procedure was smooth and understood very well, the care was exceptional!
From admission to discharge, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and caring. The hospital environment was clean, calm, and well organised, and every member of staff treated me with dignity and respect.

I had a wonderful experience at the hospital. Everyone was kind, professional, and made us feel welcome throughout my aunt's stay after her foot surgery.

Clementine Churchill is such a good hospital. All the staff are so attentive and nothing is too much for them whether it’s pain relief, food, cups of tea or a chat. The food is so good!
The nursing staff are very professional and always find time to make sure you are ok and have everything you need. Diane and Margaret were outstanding.
The same can be said for the Porters, Physios, Doctors and Canteen Staff.
I could not fault my stay here for a hip replacement. Surgery was prompt and professional and the after care is second to none.
Such a great hospital with amazing staff! Treated my daughter with compassion, kindness and respect. My daughter had 2 nurses who were fantastic, a male nurse and Rowena, they were chatty, positive, informative and really helped with my daughter’s nerves. After her operation they continued to be assertive and helpful and I found the whole day to be a very pleasant experience under the circumstances. I’m so pleased that we were recommended by a friend to this hospital! Thank you
I recently had a keyhole surgery at this hospital, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional care I received. Dr. Shabana was absolutely wonderful—professional, reassuring, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She made a scary experience feel so much easier.
I was also supported by two amazing nurses, Elina and Margaret. Their patience, attentiveness, and compassion made a huge difference in my recovery. They were always there when I needed help and constantly made sure I was comfortable.
And thanks to Manisha, who prepared my dinner with such care after my surgery. It was not only delicious but made me feel truly looked after at a time when I needed it the most.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to all the doctors, nurses, and staff at Clementine Churchill Hospital for the outstanding care I received during my stay.
From the moment I was admitted to have my total knee replacement, I was made to feel calm, welcomed, and cared for. Nurse Naana prepared me for my operation with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. She patiently answered all the questions I had, took the time to reassure me, and made me feel comfortable during what could have been a very stressful time. Her warm and caring approach truly meant a lot to me.
My surgeon, Mr Saavedra, was absolutely wonderful. Before the operation, he came to see me personally and said, “I am here to look after you,” and promised he would make me happy with the outcome. Those words gave me so much reassurance, confidence, and peace of mind. His kindness and professionalism helped me feel calm and ready for the operation.
The anaesthetist was also excellent. He explained everything clearly, showed genuine care, and made sure I understood all the options available to me following the operation. His support and attention were deeply appreciated.
I would also like to thank the amazing team on Epping Ward. The nurses and staff looked after me so well throughout my recovery. Nurse Ester was especially wonderful, caring, attentive, and always supportive whenever I needed help. The whole team made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for.
A special thank you also goes to Outpatient Nurse Conrod at the Minor Treatment Unit. He was incredibly supportive and compassionate while changing my wound dressing. He made me feel completely at ease, took the time to check how I was walking and feeling, and carefully assessed my overall wellbeing. He even helped adjust my crutches to make me more comfortable and mobile. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made me feel very welcome and supported throughout my recovery.
Overall, my experience at Clementine Churchill Hospital was exceptional. The staff were professional, compassionate, and dedicated, and the hospital facilities were clean, welcoming, and comforting. I genuinely felt at home and received the best possible care.

I had a knee surgery at this hospital recently. All the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. From the doctors to all the nurses, all of them provided the highest support from a human point of view and a practical one. Special mentions to Diana e Hanna, my day and night nurses who, while looking after me, made me feel extremely comfortable during my stay as the hospital.
