We cannot thank the team at Stanmore Hospital enough for the incredible care our 2-year-old daughter received during her scoliosis treatment. As parents, having such a young child go through hospital appointments and treatment can feel overwhelming, but from the very beginning, every member of staff made us feel supported, informed, and truly cared for.
The doctors, nurses, and wider team showed not only outstanding expertise but also genuine kindness and compassion. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience, and always made sure our daughter felt comfortable and safe.
What stood out most was how wonderful they were with children — treating our little girl with warmth, smiles, and understanding that helped turn a difficult experience into something much easier for our family.
We felt listened to every step of the way and always knew our daughter was in the best possible hands. The level of professionalism, care, and dedication shown by everyone at Stanmore Hospital has been exceptional.
We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done for our daughter and would highly recommend this hospital to any family needing specialist care. Thank you for making such a challenging time feel manageable and for looking after our little girl so beautifully. Waiting forward to see even more care when my daughter will have her surgery.

My poor husband has been left disabled. It started with L&D hospital. Maybe we were wrong thinking Stanmore would make him better. Not a chance. They've allowed his knee to constantly leak with puss. Been to doctors, A&E. and he's been left to suffer. He's had no life for over 18 months. No one should be left to suffer like this.
Unlike other Private hospitals, RNOH Private do not allow you a copy of your own reports. You have to get it only via the referring doctor. This is ultra restrictive and I will not be paying to use them again.
I had to have emergency surgery there in July to get a sarcoma cancer cut out of my forearm I spent 2wks there it's a beautiful NHS hospital absolutely spotless you could eat your dinner off the floor,the staff were fantastic, friendly, supportive and caring they couldn't do enough for you at what is a awful time for the patient . The grounds around the the grounds were wonderful there's a lake,a apple tree orchard and they even have their own leisure centre for rehabilitation I thought id gone private and my visitors couldn't believe it was NHS either what a wonderful hospital.
Hospital appointments can often be stressful especially in this time of pandemic but not my visit to the RNOH today. The hospital was astonishingly peaceful, set in beautiful surroundings. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly and the consultant I saw was exceptional. Parking for patients was free and the attendant was great. I was even offered a ride in a buggy(?) up to the main entrance.
After the consultation I took advantage of the sunny weather to walk a few yards past the car park and watch cows being cows in the field next door. My consultation had become a day in the countryside! I even took some pics.
I would just love to thank everyone who was part of my care both before my procedure and after. I have never felt so confident about those looking after me. A special thanks to everyone in the Duke of Gloucester ward. So much kindness and patience with all the patients. Nothing was too much for any of the staff.

After his sarcoma knee surgery done by Mr Lee Bayliss a highly qualified, experience ,professional and emphatic surgeon, all staff was stunning, looked after my husband with so much care ,empathy and respect, well trainned and experienced nurses .
I cannot express my gratitude to all of them enough.
