First time, welcoming. Asked if I had any concerns, told me what he was going to do. Explained to me the charges and asked if I wanted to continue. Explained the aftercare and sent it via email and booked in a follow up. Very smooth from start to finish. Liked emails and phone call for reminder of appointment. All positive so far.

I hadn’t been to the dentist since before COVID and struggled to find a practice that would take me. I came across Kingshurst Dental Surgery and managed to get an appointment within a few days, which was great. I’ll be honest, the building itself isn’t in the best condition and at first glance looks a bit like something from a horror movie 😅 but once inside it was the complete opposite. The lady on reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Mr Abhishek Srivastava and he was amazing. He instantly made me feel relaxed and calm. He was very professional, kind and very understanding, especially as I hadn’t been to a dentist in such a long time. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience much easier than I expected. Really glad I found this place and would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Dr. Aditya. He’s extremely professional, patient, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and the entire process was smooth and painless. He explains every step clearly and genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist!

I had a dental hygiene clean today, I was happy with my experience it was comfortable and didn't cause any pain. They made sure I was comfortable kept checking if I was ok. The staff and dentist was friendly and helpful. Happy with the work done on my teeth :) thank you

Me and my family had an excellent experience at the Kingshurst dental surgery! From the moment we walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. The dentist was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and ensured we were comfortable throughout the procedure. We truly appreciate the attention to detail and the genuine care shown. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental treatment.

Recently joined as a nhs patient. I was scared of coming with bad teeth (self neglect) but I wasn’t judged at all by the dentist. When my front tooth broke, I had to find somewhere, Kingshurst dental was fantastic, everything was sorted over email which I find extremely helpful when at work and can’t take calls. I was seen quite quickly, the dentist is lovely friendly and kind, the receptionist is great very quick with emails and finding appointments around your work life. Very happy I came here and i hope to be a permanent patient here and would highly recommend

Great dentist. Very friendly. I had a wisdom root and a back tooth extraction it was finished in about five minutes. I suffered no pain after. Only thing is I had to Google what I could eat and how to not cause an infection after because I wasn't told at the dentist. I would still recommend him to other people. Plus the receptionist at the counter was also professional compared to craig croft dental centre who has a attitude problem and tries to make it hard for you to join another dental practise when you leave. You can't even put a review on them. I wonder why? 🤔

Experience within the practice was smooth and I felt comfortable with my dentist. In and out for 4 of us within 30 minutes was great! Prior to the appointment, I received sooooo many emails reminding me about my appointment! I get all the emails for myself, hubby & kids so 4 emails each time ... think I received about 20-30 emails before the appointment - which got a bit too much - I don't need reminding on an almost daily basis!! Especially with a telephone call (& 8 emails) the the day before too!
