The lady on reception was extremely friendly and welcoming. My appointment was with Mr Abhishek Srivastava and he was amazing. He instantly made me feel relaxed and calm. He was very professional, kind and very understanding, especially as I hadn’t been to a dentist in such a long time. He explained everything clearly and made the whole experience much easier than I expected. Really glad I found this place and would definitely recommend.

Recently joined as a nhs patient. I was scared of coming with bad teeth (self neglect) but I wasn’t judged at all by the dentist. When my front tooth broke, I had to find somewhere, Kingshurst dental was fantastic, everything was sorted over email which I find extremely helpful when at work and can’t take calls. I was seen quite quickly, the dentist is lovely friendly and kind, the receptionist is great very quick with emails and finding appointments around your work life. Very happy I came here and i hope to be a permanent patient here and would highly recommend

Great dentist. Very friendly. I had a wisdom root and a back tooth extraction it was finished in about five minutes. I suffered no pain after. Only thing is I had to Google what I could eat and how to not cause an infection after because I wasn't told at the dentist. I would still recommend him to other people. Experience within the practice was smooth and I felt comfortable with my dentist. In and out for 4 of us within 30 minutes was great! Prior to the appointment, I received sooooo many emails reminding me about my appointment! I get all the emails for myself, hubby & kids so 4 emails each time ... think I received about 20-30 emails before the appointment - which got a bit too much - I don't need reminding on an almost daily basis!! Especially with a telephone call (& 8 emails) the the day before too!
