From the very beginning, Dr. Zameer Shah was kind, reassuring, and highly attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel confident and safe before the procedure. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the level of care I received afterwards was truly exceptional.
Dr. Zameer Shah consistently demonstrated compassion, patience, and genuine concern for my wellbeing during my recovery. Every question I had was answered with care and professionalism, and I always felt supported and looked after.

My wife had an urgent operation at the clinic when traveling in London, Dr Khan and the staff have been so nice and helpful. I would love to give a 5-star rating but, on second thought, I shouldn't as the pricing scheme and payment process is disappointing. The pricing scheme wasn't clear and, worst of all, they auto debit my credit card one month after we finished the operation, and left London. There wasn't any prior invoice or explanation of payment and I was debit without explicit authorisation to the invoice, in my view, the process is wrong! I emailed the clinic and was told I should contact the billing department, thenI looked up the email address by myself. I wrote and auto-reply came back saying I should contact customer service instead. I emailed customer service but no reply. I then phoned up the customer service hotline, and it was the start of another pain. I actually called three times by IDD (with endless music until I gave up after 15-30 minutes) before I could get Joshua on the phone. Joshua is very helpful and immediately send me the missing invoice and receipt. But still his excellent service did not help the very poor experience I had previously. It is really unfortunately for a very good clinic that deserves high rating is overcasted by the poor payment and customer service.
Where do I even begin—Miss Stella Ivaz is, without a doubt, one of the most outstanding doctors I have ever encountered. From the very first interaction, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. Her secretary Jasna was absolutely wonderful—warm, polite, and incredibly efficient—arranging a same-day appointment and swiftly gathering all my previous results and documents from another consultant without any hassle.
Miss Stella Ivaz herself is truly remarkable. She is compassionate, deeply knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything so clearly and thoroughly that you feel completely informed and reassured. What sets her apart is her holistic and thoughtful approach—she didn’t just focus on the immediate urological issue but carefully considered the bigger picture. After I shared my difficult and chaotic experience with a previous gynaecologist, she listened with genuine empathy and recommended a trusted specialist to address the underlying gynaecological problems contributing to my kidney issues.
The entire process was handled with impressive efficiency—organising a CT scan and renogram quickly, followed by a ureteric stent, all with a clear and logical plan for next steps once the gynae issues are resolved. For the first time, everything made sense, and I felt confident about the path ahead.
What truly makes Miss Ivaz exceptional is her warmth and humanity. She has a rare ability to make you feel completely at ease—as though you’re speaking with a trusted friend rather than a consultant. She even took the time to check in on how I was feeling during follow-up appointments, which speaks volumes about the level of care she provides.
An extraordinary doctor who combines expertise with genuine compassion—I feel incredibly fortunate to be under her care. I cannot recommend Miss Stella Ivaz highly enough!
I recently had surgery at London Bridge Hospital (HCA Healthcare UK) and was very pleased with my care. It’s hard to mention all the nurses by name as I saw quite a few, but every nurse I met was professional, attentive and kind throughout my stay. The theatre team, especially Tiago and Maria, were excellent, and Dr Azzopardi, the anaesthesiologist, was very reassuring and caring.
My consultant surgeon, Mr Narivkar, and his team were very professional and supportive from pre-op through recovery. Catering, housekeeping and reception teams were always friendly and professional, making my stay comfortable from admission to discharge.
Overall, everyone worked seamlessly together and made my experience positive — thank you to all involved!
London is an international metropolis, so it is essential to offer multilingual communication services. interpretation, for instance, makes communication much smoother. I am also grateful to the doctor for being extremely patient during the consultation. Thank you so much for your care.

I had an excellent experience with the team at HCA.
Consultant – Mr Jonathan Bull was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was extremely professional, and inspired great confidence throughout the consultation. His clinical expertise and calm manner made the whole process very reassuring.
The physiotherapy team were equally impressive. The sessions were thorough, well-structured, and very effective. The physiotherapist demonstrated a high level of knowledge and ensured that the treatment plan was tailored and practical.
The pharmacy team were also very responsive and efficient. Prescriptions were handled promptly and the communication was excellent.
Overall, the service was seamless from start to finish. As a BUPA corporate policy holder, the process was smooth, well-coordinated, and delivered to a very high standard.

Had the privilege of being seen by Dr Tilottama Nandy. I waited almost two months to get an appointment, but I’m very glad I did.
Dr Nandy is highly knowledgeable, attentive and reassuring. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained everything clearly and thoroughly. I left the consultation feeling confident about the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Downside: the guy/nurse taking blood at the 4th floor (phlebotomy area) felt like a. butcher. Unpleasant experience with this service. A light skin&hair&beard individual. Why?
