Purna was kind thoughtful and informative with my oral care going forward. Her approach is considerate and appreciated. Her treatment was painless. Her assistant was also informative. Thank you both for your care on my first visit to the practice hygienist yesterday. Warmest regards Debra

Referred by NHS 111 with severe pain as my own dentist couldn't fit me in. Saw Diana and her assistant Sofia who demonstrated professionalism, care and patience with me at all times. Diana explained my tooth had cracked down the middle and the only option would be extraction. They explained what would happen, got everything prepared, and completed my treatment efficiently in no time at all. Based on my experience I am happy to recommend Genix Healthcare Garforth and specifically Diana and Sofia who handled things so well for me

I mean it's the dentist so 9 times out of 10 you're going there to be poked and put through pain so it's difficult to say anything positive about a building where pain and suffering resides...but having said that my last experience was brilliant, Jennifer, best hygienist I've had, please don't leave. The last one I had there made me sit through the second most painful experience of my life.

I’ve been with Genix for many years, in fact since it took over the practice from Mr Moore. I have always found every single person I have encountered to be friendly, approachable and efficient. I have had cause to contact Genix on a couple of occasions in the past when I’ve had painful problems with my teeth - including an infected crown and cracked teeth - & they have never failed to offer me a quick appointment & timely treatment. A special shout out for Alexandria. She is a brilliant dentist. Thanks to all concerned.

I was given first-class treatment. Every member of staff I had dealings with after I broke my front tooth we're brilliant. Even as a NHS patient I was given 5 star care.

Horrible experience with Debbie the dentist! Not even 1*. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here! Complete waste of time. She didn’t check my tooth properly, refused to do an x-ray and told me to use sensitive toothpaste when I was in pain. She didn’t care or listen to me, nor did anything for me. I then had to seek an alternative dentist at a different practice who carried out an xray and investigated the issue thoroughly for me, providing treatement and another follow up. Therefore, save your time and money and don’t go here, especially to “Debbie” the “dentist”. Lazy and incompetent dentist who didn’t bother to examine me properly.
