Referred by NHS 111 with severe pain as my own dentist couldn't fit me in. Saw Diana and her assistant Sofia who demonstrated professionalism, care and patience with me at all times. Diana explained my tooth had cracked down the middle and the only option would be extraction. They explained what would happen, got everything prepared, and completed my treatment efficiently in no time at all. I’ve been with Genix for many years, in fact since it took over the practice from Mr Moore. I have always found every single person I have encountered to be friendly, approachable and efficient. I have had cause to contact Genix on a couple of occasions in the past when I’ve had painful problems with my teeth - including an infected crown and cracked teeth - & they have never failed to offer me a quick appointment & timely treatment. A special shout out for Alexandria. She is a brilliant dentist. Thanks to all concerned.

Horrible experience with Debbie the dentist! Not even 1*. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here! Complete waste of time.
