Fantastic,put at ease straight away. No pain, everything explained to you. What you had done n explained how to care after.Sarah was a brilliant nurse,she was very friendly and was very good at putting you at ease I must say it was more like a social event that you went to rather than a dentist. The dentist herself was really nice,I didn't know she had removed the tooth. Overall excellent from start to finish

Honestly amazing! Went today to have a tooth extracted due to my dentist not being able to get it out on 3 occasions, Emma and Sarah were both amazing and made me feel so at ease! I couldn’t believe how quick it was over and done with :)

I was referred here by my own dental practice as they couldn’t do the extraction. I was very nervous as I haven’t been in this dental surgery for about 30 years and had severe anxiety due to past experiences that myself and other members of family had here previously. Staff were pleasant on arrival, I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time and when I went into the room with the dentist (Emma) she explained everything that I needed to know about the procedure and the aftercare. Overall I was very pleased with how it all went

Had a wisdom tooth pulled out today, everyone was very helpful, I was a few minutes late but they still made an effort to see me anyway. Emma and Sarah especially were brilliant, very approachable and patient as I explained I have a bit of anxiety around dentists from a previous experience when I was a kid. They explained the whole process and made it virtually pain free. The extraction was very quick as well. Overall as good an experience as can be considering it's literally pulling out teeth. 10/10 would recommend!

I had my first visit to this dental practice today for a tooth extraction and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the receptionists were warm, welcoming, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. I actually arrived early for my appointment and was pleasantly surprised to be seen ahead of schedule. Emma and Emma were both fantastic, friendly, reassuring, and highly professional throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure, which really helped calm any nerves I had. During the extraction, they were attentive and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. Overall, the level of care and efficiency was outstanding. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be smooth and reassuring. Thank you. Jolene

Emma - my oral surgeon and Sarah were absolutely brilliant removing my old tooth. I had been referred to them by my dentist who felt it needed specialist care and I had been stressing about what that would entail for months. As it happened, Emma was first class, very calm, efficient and gave me all the right information throughout. It didn’t take long and was totally painless. Can’t thank her and Sarah enough!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Avenue Dental Centre. Doctor Emma, and Nurse Emma, were friendly and engaging, and very, very good at their respective rolls. My extraction proved to be quite difficult, as the tooth was found to be dead, and its roots were entangled with the adjacent tooth. However, the dedication and skill of these two true professionals, resulted in me feeling no pain or anxiety, and only twenty four hours later, my mouth feel fine. This felt like a quality dental practice from the moment I walked through the door. I would recommend The Avenue to anyone, and would not hesitate to return.

Just visited this dental practice and would highly recommend. The atmosphere is relaxed and the dentist & her assistant were absolutely fantastic. Warm, friendly and very personable. I am a very nervous dental patient… they listened and were extremely reassuring and compassionate. Thank You so much 🤩
