Fantastic,put at ease straight away. No pain, everything explained to you. What you had done n explained how to care after.Sarah was a brilliant nurse,she was very friendly and was very good at putting you at ease I must say it was more like a social event that you went to rather than a dentist. The dentist herself was really nice,I didn't know she had removed the tooth. Overall excellent from start to finish

I was referred here by my own dental practice as they couldn’t do the extraction. I was very nervous as I haven’t been in this dental surgery for about 30 years and had severe anxiety due to past experiences that myself and other members of family had here previously. Staff were pleasant on arrival, I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time and when I went into the room with the dentist (Emma) she explained everything that I needed to know about the procedure and the aftercare. Had a wisdom tooth pulled out today, everyone was very helpful, I was a few minutes late but they still made an effort to see me anyway. Emma and Sarah especially were brilliant, very approachable and patient as I explained I have a bit of anxiety around dentists from a previous experience when I was a kid. They explained the whole process and made it virtually pain free. The extraction was very quick as well. Overall as good an experience as can be considering it's literally pulling out teeth. 10/10 would recommend!
