I had an excellent experience at True Smile Works Dental & Aesthetic Clinic. The staff is extremely kind and highly professional from the very first moment. I tried the dental hygiene treatment with the AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master, and I was incredibly surprised by how gentle and effective it was—truly superior technology. A special thanks to Dr. Chantal, a great professional who combines impeccable technical expertise with rare human sensitivity. Feeling comfortable right away and finding such a trusted dentist in Dubai on my first try was a great stroke of luck. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality and attention to detail. Thank you ALL ♥️

We received impeccable, attentive, caring, and professional service! A truly prepared team to help us! I thank the entire team of professionals, especially the dear Dr. Vivian Andrade, who explained to my daughter in a didactic way what she needed to do to have beautiful and clean teeth! I found this dentist through instagram, they had an excellent “offer” and a Portuguese speaking dentist which was great for me. I confirmed everything with them over WhatsApp and set off for my appointment. The dentist was great, and the treatment adequate, but when it came to pay the bill I was charged AED650 for a “normal” clean and polish… I had been told it was just less than AED400. Seems their advertising, communication needs a lot of attention. This is well overpriced for the work. Terrible value for money. Had my husband not already paid the bill I would have disputed it. The receptionist was also for want of a better word, depressing. (Service without a smile.) I would not go back, the smile was wiped from my face. UPDATE: the owner of the Clinic reached out to us, apologizing for the experience. Promised they would change how clients were treated and refunded the Difference in what was advertised and what was paid. A nice gesture and hopefully a step in the right direction. For us the matter is closed.

I had a great experience at this clinic! The entire team was very professional, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Dr. Vivian was excellent. Extremely competent, technically skilled, kind, and empathetic. She explains everything clearly and genuinely cares about her patients. I also had Botox done with Dr. Taynara and I absolutely loved the results. She was very professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality care and a warm, welcoming environment!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vivian. She was extremely professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. Everything was explained clearly, and the attention to detail was excellent. The clinic is clean, well-managed, and the staff is very welcoming. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled dentist.
