I found this dentist through instagram, they had an excellent “offer” and a Portuguese speaking dentist which was great for me. I confirmed everything with them over WhatsApp and set off for my appointment. The dentist was great, and the treatment adequate, but when it came to pay the bill I was charged AED650 for a “normal” clean and polish… I had been told it was just less than AED400. Seems their advertising, communication needs a lot of attention. This is well overpriced for the work. Terrible value for money. Had my husband not already paid the bill I would have disputed it. The receptionist was also for want of a better word, depressing. (Service without a smile.) I would not go back, the smile was wiped from my face. UPDATE: the owner of the Clinic reached out to us, apologizing for the experience. Promised they would change how clients were treated and refunded the Difference in what was advertised and what was paid. A nice gesture and hopefully a step in the right direction. For us the matter is closed.
