My children were treated by Dr. Pascale and we had an excellent experience with her. She was highly attentive and caring throughout the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Joy Dental Clinic – Palm Jumeirah Branch, a professional and welcoming clinic located in the heart of Palm Jumeirah. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and exceptional service provided by the reception team, Mark and Lynette. Their friendly smiles and welcoming energy created a very comfortable atmosphere and added greatly to the overall experience of the clinic. I also had an excellent experience with Katy during my hygiene appointment. The cleaning was thorough, gentle, and completely pain-free. In addition, Dr. Minush conducted a very informative and professional check-up, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making me feel well cared for throughout the visit. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and exceptional customer service.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Salah. He removed my three wisdom teeth in just 30 minutes with absolutely no pain. He was very calm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. The clinic is clean and well-organized, and the entire team is warm and professional. Special thanks to Mark at reception for the friendly welcome and smooth coordination. Highly recommend Dr. Salah and his team for anyone needing dental treatment!

I can’t say enough good things about this dental clinic! I always come here whenever I have dental concerns—whether it’s a scheduled appointment or even an emergency—and the team never fails to accommodate me with care and kindness. I usually see Dr. Faith and Dr. Nazifa for my cleanings and check-ups, and they are both amazing. They are gentle, professional, and always make sure I feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their friendly approach really helps ease any nervousness you might have when visiting the dentist. What truly makes this clinic special is the whole team. The reception staff are some of the warmest and most welcoming people you’ll ever meet. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with a smile and make you feel at home. Even after your treatment, they take the time to check on you and ask how you're doing, which is such a thoughtful touch. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service, the professionalism, and the genuine care they show to their patients.
