There was not pleasant and nobody was happy. Nobody was polite on the desk. It was like a conveyor belt. It was all about Money next next next we had a consultation and the lady was really rude. She wasn’t warming at all. She kept repeating herself. Well I’ve done this job for eight years. I’ve done this job for eight years. Every time we asked a question she made us feel stupid it was really unpleasant. Just to let you know we end up leaving there and going to someone else who said that they have heard that this lady is like this many times that goes without saying just to let you know this lady lost the company $3000 or because of the consultation and how rude she was she may not have realised that she came across without a nice warm personality. It was kind of like well that’s how it is. This is what’s gonna be done. She kept explaining things in your own term which we didn’t understand and when we questioned her she was frustrated, not good. Just to let you know, if your teeth are perfect, Perfect she can put veneers on top if your teeth are not perfect. Don’t even waste your time going here.
What an amazing group of people and services. I was anxious and nervous about the end results, but i’m over the moon with the results. The team made me feel at ease and were comforting throughout the process. For years i’ve been conscious about my smile…now…I love my teeth and looking forward to my future treatments at Dr Suzan’s clinic.
