كانت لنا زيارة للعيادة أنا وزوجتي، والحمد لله كانت تجربة طيبة. كل الشكر والتقدير للأخت سانية على حسن تعاملها وحرصها، فقد وقفت معنا وساعدتنا في موضوع التأمين بكل رحابة صدر، وسهّلت علينا الإجراءات بشكل كبير. للأسف ما لحقت أشكرها قبل ما نطلع لأنها ما كانت موجودة، فأتمنى توصلون لها شكري وتقديري. الله يجزاها خير، ويعطيكم العافية جميعًا، ومنها للأفضل إن شاء الله.

She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care and guidance. The staff were also friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I recently consulted Dr. Sujaya, General Surgeon, and had an excellent experience. She listened carefully, ordered the right tests, confirmed the diagnosis, and clearly explained the treatment plan I initially considered The Right Health Clinic mainly because it’s close to my home, but I had doubts about surgical facilities. I was pleasantly surprised — the clinic is neat, clean, and professionally managed. Dr. Sujaya is highly experienced and skilled. She handled the procedure smoothly and efficiently, and I felt well cared for throughout However, there was one unpleasant experience that needs attention. I needed to speak with Dr. Sujaya to finalize surgery dates, so I called the clinic. The receptionist said the doctor was busy and would call back. When I didn’t hear back the next day, I called again and got the same response. When I asked for her name, she became defensive, pretended she couldn’t hear me, said “hello” a few times, and hung up. Subsequent calls went unanswered With no way to reach the clinic, I had to escalate to the Operations Manager. Thankfully, the Ops Manager responded quickly — Dr. Sujaya called me within an hour and we scheduled the appointment. The medical care and management support were excellent I hope the clinic has addressed the receptionist’s behavior. One person’s conduct shouldn’t undermine the good reputation of Dr. Sujaya and the clinic have built Five star review is for the doctor, nurse & management and not for the receptionist (She deserves a -ve rating)

I had an appointment with *Dr. Sujaya R* and I would like to share my feedback. My experience was extremely positive — honestly, I would rate it more than 100%. In my opinion, while all doctors know how to communicate, what truly matters is attitude and behavior towards patients. Throughout my life and career, I have met many doctors, and unfortunately, around 70–80% of them had an attitude that made patients feel uncomfortable. However, Dr. Sujaya R is completely different. She is one of the very few doctors (maybe 2 or 3 out of 10) I have met who has no attitude at all and treats patients with genuine kindness and respect. I strongly believe that no matter how sick a patient is, if a doctor speaks with compassion, patience, and good manners, half of the illness is relieved just through their behavior. Dr. Sujaya R has this rare quality — her way of talking, her tone, and her caring attitude make patients feel comfortable and at ease. She treats patients with sincerity and professionalism, and her positive approach itself helps in healing. Of course, complete recovery is in Allah’s hands, but a doctor like her plays a huge role in making patients feel better. I truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. She is an excellent doctor, and I have so many good wishes for her.
