She handled the procedure smoothly and efficiently, and I felt well cared for throughout However, there was one unpleasant experience that needs attention. I needed to speak with Dr. Sujaya to finalize surgery dates, so I called the clinic. The receptionist said the doctor was busy and would call back. When I didn’t hear back the next day, I called again and got the same response. When I asked for her name, she became defensive, pretended she couldn’t hear me, said “hello” a few times, and hung up. Subsequent calls went unanswered With no way to reach the clinic, I had to escalate to the Operations Manager. Thankfully, the Ops Manager responded quickly — Dr. Sujaya called me within an hour and we scheduled the appointment.
