This place is really GREAT!!!!!!!! The young lady by the front desk is very friendly and cool. The PA, Joey is really AWESOME. He is a keen, great listener and courteous. He was very thorough bout his assessment on my skin, asked great questions, give great recommendations and took his time to explain me how to use my medicine properly to have a great skin routine. Initially, the person I was supposed to see wasnt in, so he was the substitute.......so I was happy I got him and I might request to do my appointments with him for the future. Thanks again, Joey.....I am on the right path to getting clearer skin. Thanks much again.......appreciate it.
I brought my three-and-a-half-year-old daughter to Dr. Sanjosh Singh at the Williamsburg location to cure an infected scrape on her hand after a bike fall. We waited forty five minutes past our appointment time with my daughter and my six month old baby. When Dr. Singh finally walked in, she offered no apology for the delay and immediately began acting dismissive and rude for no apparent reason.
What stayed with me most was how little care she showed my daughter, who was crying throughout the procedure. At no point did Dr. Singh try to comfort or reassure her, and she never checked afterward to see whether my daughter was okay.
During the procedure she also accidentally cut my finger, and while blood was everywhere, her response was dismissive and rude rather apologetic. So my daughter was scared and crying, and I was bleeding, and the whole situation was handled in a completely unprofessional way. And when I asked at the end whether she had found anything in the wound, she replied, “What did you think we were doing all this time?”
There are no words to describe how rude she was. Clinical skill matters, but so does how you treat a scared child and a worried parent. Nobody should see this doctor. I would not return and I would not recommend her to anyone.
Office very clean and staff very polite and friendly. First time bringing in my son to be evaluated. He was seen by Dr. Chun she listened very carefully to my concerns and took a quick initiative to render care to my son and tackle the issue with his skin allergy. My son was treated with care and it made me very comfortable. Definitely will keep his care here. The system to make an appointment was quick and easy. Everything is done through a text and saved me time once I arrived for the appointment time.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews but with this place it is buyer beware.
Service & on-site staff were great, no complaints there. However, prior to my appointment I confirmed with them (twice) that my preventative screening was covered 100% as an in-network provider. 2 weeks later get a surprising, and large, bill for my service. Tried to call them and got bounced around on an AI driven automated system, billing is done by a 3rd party, and I’m on the hook for the bill. At this point it feels like I was just given an answer on my coverage to win business.
I recommend finding a more local provider to avoid the logistical headache.
The office said my prescription would be ready in 15 mins. When I went to the pharmacy they said they had not received authorization from the insurance because the doctor had not called them. It looks hours of calling them, talking to bots and leaving them messages on their site, which they probably do not even read to get this fixed. They have competent doctors, but it is a poorly run location. I recommend other places to avoid headaches like this. From the other reviews and the fact they are one of the locations with the lowest rating you see the pattern.
I debated whether to rate the visit three or four stars. The actual encounter with the dermatologist was good so I decided on four stars but the wait was long, forty five minutes and the waiting room was barren. It felt like a factory nothing like the office in the west where I was seen in previous years. The overall felt impersonal.
Very pleasant office staff and care team! They had me in and out quick as a new patient. The physician I saw was reassuring and gave clear information on my options.
Excellent experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were welcoming and took their time with us. The provider listened carefully to my concerns about my teenage son and explained everything clearly. We walked out feeling so much better knowing his condition can be treated. I highly recommend this clinic and am grateful for the care we received.
