First time that I had used Spring Street Dermatology and I have to say what a Great experience. Calls were responded to promptly. Reception offered same day appt and when I said “do you have anything tomorrow” the answer was yes, no problem.
The initial office visit was also great. I was attended to for initial sign in and paperwork quickly and my waiting room time was under 5-minutes. The PA was very professional performing her duties the Dr came in shortly after. I was examined, the situation assessed and a small procedure ensued.
Probably one of the best Dr’s visits I personally have ever experienced. I highly recommend Spring Street Dermatology
We literally had no waiting time once we arrived for our appointment. The staff was very understanding if my elderly mother and how to deal with her.
The doctor who saw her removed a basal cell carcinoma literally in minutes, and the numbing worked so well that she had no idea she had just undergone surgery.
The doctor also offered helpful advice on both daiky procedures and the items we needed to get for the best post-surgery care. I am very grateful.
Very disappointing service with Dr. Aisleen Diaz. Charged close to $500 for a 2 minute procedure, with zero transparency on cost and with unexpected surcharges. Customer service then proceeded to have multiple phone calls with 30 minute+ wait times. Bedside manner was fine, but would not recommend this location or doctor.
Dr. Diaz is a true expert and did a great job treating my scar. From the consultation through follow-up, everything felt thoughtful, professional, and personalized. Raquel is a phenomenal MA and she was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire visit smooth and comfortable, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for skilled treatment and a genuinely supportive experience.
Brianna and her Assistant made me feel so comfortable! This was my first time at the office, as well as my first time ever doing a full body skin yesterday. The process was seamless. The office is very nice and clean. I’m glad I found a great place that accepts our insurance and offers a diverse environment
Was visiting this office for the first time, and overall, I had a good experience. They were able to accommodate me even though I was late a bit beyond the 15 minute grace window and Dr. Olamiju was personable, attentive, and provided helpful guidance and an effective solution to the issue I went in for. The location is also very clean and nicely decorated, with a very welcoming feel. I also appreciated how quiet and calm it felt, though I did go on a Saturday. I am not sure how busy it would be during the week. Conveniently located.
I cannot recommend Dr. Brianna Olamiju enough--one of the best dermatologists in NYC! She has such a calm, caring approach. I felt that she really understood my needs as a patient and I loved that we took pictures to track my progress. Would highly recommend!
This was such an amazing and uncomplicated process. It was very user friendly! The filters were genius and saved me so much time. I was able to search for a doctor that provides a service I need with my insurance in one click. I booked a next day appointment after 4pm, just amazing! Thank you Zoc Doc
