Very pleasant and professional experience. The front desk ladies (Karima, Christina, and Denise) and gentleman (Peter) were very inviting and courteous made sure I was comfortable as I waited to be seen. Alexandra N.,Teresa and Julian were so professional and the procedure was painless and looks fabulous. Thank you guys for everything and I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to this location.

The doctors at this dermatology clinic are excellent, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff has been consistently disappointing!!!! On multiple occasions, there appeared to be significant issues with appointment management. I had to schedule my appointment three separate times because I was repeatedly told that I did not have an appointment on record, despite having made one in advance… Most recently, I arrived approximately 10 minutes late due to train delays. I called ahead to notify the office and explain the situation before arriving. While I understand that punctuality is important and that late arrivals can affect scheduling, I was disappointed by the way I was treated when I arrived… Instead of receiving a professional response, the front desk staff made side comments and appeared to be laughing while I was simply asking whether the doctor would still be able to see me. Patients deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, even when unforeseen circumstances arise. Professionalism should be maintained at all times, especially in a healthcare setting. It is unfortunate because the location is convenient, and the doctors themselves are truly outstanding. However, the poor customer service and lack of organization at the front desk significantly detract from the overall experience. I hope management addresses these issues because the quality of care provided by the physicians deserves to be matched by the quality of service patients receive from the administrative staff.

These are the facts. Easy to make appointment. Waited about 1 hour before appointment. The MA/PA/MD were professional and respectful. However, to date (about 4 days after appointment) I cannot get in touch with office (only get AI Robot) to get a prescription that was supposed to be sent. To my pharmacy? I did not receive any type of after visit summary or recommendation from visit? I guess I figured that I would get something by email or text given I had received 5-6 texts/emails before this visit. Yes. My Insurance was billed at time of visit…so no issue here. Sadly disappointed since it seemed like a good solution for dermatology care.

The front desk staff at this location are always friendly and great at remembering patients. Saw Anna Kokolas and just such a pleasant experience. She is very warm and puts you at ease the minute you walk in. She answered all my questions and I always have alot! Couldn't recommend enough.

Reposting this review because Google does not allow me to separately reply to my original review. Update: I followed the practice’s instruction to contact the management email provided in their response here and sent multiple follow-up emails. No one responded. I later learned by phone that my refund request had been denied internally and that no one intended to notify me. For transparency to future patients: I was charged a copay for what was billed as a medical visit, yet I did not receive a meaningful diagnostic evaluation or competent treatment. The provider barely assessed the issue, stated she did not know what it was, and was dismissive of my concerns. I was later seen elsewhere and properly diagnosed with the exact condition I had suspected. Another dermatologist identified it quickly, confirming that this should not have been a difficult diagnosis. In short, I paid for a medical appointment but did not receive the professional evaluation or treatment that appointment was intended to provide. The visit was medically unhelpful, worsened my condition, and required correction by another provider. Despite multiple staff members—and even the provider herself—acknowledging concerns about how this was handled, the practice has refused to refund the copay and has ignored repeated written attempts to resolve the matter. I am leaving this review so future patients can make informed decisions. As of now, I will likely be escalating this matter further due to the practice’s continued refusal to address or correct the issue.

Had an amazing experience here for my first dermatology appointment and yearly skin screening. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the medical assistant, who made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor was super helpful, patient, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The office was very professional and efficient with a fast-paced but organized environment. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone of any age looking for a great dermatology experience.

Very happy with the all-around care, expertise, and calm professionalism of Patricia Kennedy. The exam was extremely thorough, detailed, and clearly explained, exactly the kind of medical attention that makes you feel informed and in good hands. Highly recommended. And truly: do yourself a favor and get regular skin checkups. Prevention is so much easier than panic later.

The doctor (Jacob Levitt, MD) is great, but the office staff are completely incompetent. I did not see him for my last appointment because they kept me waiting for a total of two hours, part of which was alone in the exam room without telling me anything. I would have been left in there the whole day, if I didn't leave. Let's see if they try to fraudulently charge my insurance. With them, it is a possibility. Again, good doctor, but I will obviously not be visiting this place again. Such treatment is unacceptable.
