The staff here at the Ridgewood clinic is super friendly and accommodating. I brought my client late to her appointment unfortunately because of traffic, and they still squeezed us in and immediately said it was no problem. The office is clean and has plenty of seating and open space. Everyone is very well informed on the services they offer as well, which I find very comforting in a medical clinic of any sort.

This franchise dermatologist group should be wary that they are in a working-class neighborhood. I got charged because it was "out of network", the office did not tell me this upon coming into the office although I gave my insurance plan prior to the visit. I've come to this office once before and did not receive the same issue. The first thing they do when I get in is collect my deductible - not the services I need or if I have an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was seen 25 minutes after my appointment. My actual visit, I was not greeted by the doctor, they just started examining me (not sociable or disclosing any information of what they were doing). I had three concerns, I left feeling like I came out with no information that can benefit me. They are quick to refer people to other out-of-pocket providers. Then when I'm leaving the front desk is chatting with a co-worker for over 5 minutes (I gave eye contact and received no polite explanation or apology). The front desk didn't know what I needed (not sure how the providers share details). I needed a referral paper, and they gave me a post it. It was very messy for an office that attempts to look professional visually. I cannot come back here due to the inconsistent treatment, insurance plan changes and lack of knowledge in dermatology.

Have been to this office several times for different things and each time the wait time is so minimal. The staff are kind and polite, the entire space is clean. Would definitely recommend for any one with a skincare need or inquiry.

This review is for Jasmine at the front desk. She genuinely cares about her patients and tries hard to get things done right. Shes amazing, and I highly recommend coming to this location :)

OMG! I was worried but they are so so great! From the moment you walk in until you leave. They explain everything. Are extremely professional and make you feel like you’ve always have known them. If you don’t have a dermatologist make this one yours, and if you do have one definitely make this one yours. Extremely satisfied! Pedro

I came in for an appointment but suddenly had to pick up my younger sister from school early because she was sick. I was expecting a long annoying process when I went to the front desk to reschedule, but was pleasantly surprised when the lady working said she would handle everything and was able to get me out asap to take care of my sister with a hassle free rescheduling! Emilie was amazing and I’m glad I she was able to handle everything!

Haley Buggy is one of the best providers I have come across! She is kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I can not recommend her enough, choose her for all your dermatological needs!

I had such a great experience at this location! The office is clean, and the staff is incredibly professional and welcoming. The check-in process was also very smooth! I felt like the doctors really took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find a dermatologist this reliable, highly recommend
