I had a wonderful experience with PA. Jerry Lu. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to both my daughter and me in a clear and reassuring way. He made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions with patience, and ensured we fully understood the treatment plan. His bedside manner is excellent, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. We truly appreciate the level of care we received and will definitely continue seeing him as our dermatologist.
Amazing cozy office, love love the decor esp bathroom decor! The receptionist was top notch sweet and welcoming. She even offered seltzer inside their cute fridge !
Staff is amazing.. Ms Purple, Kiana, was so knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and Dr. Peacock was amazing. She addressed all my concerns. Wait times can vary but it’s normally quick and if not they communicate and offer water while you wait. It’s clean and the staff are welcoming from beginning to end. Excellent management! No complaints, would rate this office a 10 compared to others.
Had a really great experience. From the moment I walked in, the front desk receiptionist was welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical assistant was very professional. I was seen by Haley Buggy and she was great! She explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Thank you team for the quality of care! 💯
Seamless and professional experience here. Was able to make an appointment via text with no issues. Literally took 3 minutes and they texted and emailed me the forms I needed to fill out ahead of my appointment. Upon arrival the day of my appointment only thing I had to verify was my a preferred form of payment no need to fill out all the forms again. NP Liz was very kind and took the time to explain my condition in plain language. Would definitely recommend !

Lovely experience here today with Dr. Peakcock. She explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions in a very knowledgeable way. The front desk staff were also very polite, and the medical assistant was very kind and helpful, which made the visit even more comfortable. The wait time was not very long, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend.
