I was here on a previous Saturday and it was amazing. The front desk receptionist was very nice to me, she was very accommodating and helpful. She assured me Dr. Robert Lepore is very nice and caring. She also explained to me how insurance deductible works because I’m new to my insurance and I changed my insurance right after my visit because I didn’t understand what I signed up for. She was truly amazing for talking to me about it, she was extremely nice and well mannered. In the past, I’ve had a difficult experience with front desk people so I was nervous when I first stepped in, but I was assured after a few minutes. She was truly helpful, caring and kind.
When I went inside the room I was greeted by his medical assistant Eliana, she was nice and asked me all questions. Then Dr. Robert Lepore came in and he was so amazing. He explained everything and didn’t rush me out. We spent a good 30 minutes in that room talking about dermatitis and alopecia, he reassured and prescribed me some medications. I’ve actually seen major improvements. I’m so happy I went. I had a great time and I left feeling understood.

Very good experience here. Visited with a physician assistant on a Saturday morning. My appointment was at 9:50am but I arrived early and the PA saw me at 9:30.
Was glad to see there were weekend hours and was happy with the efficiency and kindness of the staff.
Will definitely come back here for any potential future dermatological needs.

I love a dermatologist in Harlem! I’ve been to this office serval times and love their service. Their location is easy to get to in the heart of Harlem NY. Dermotologist wait usually takes months. I made an appointment the night before and am happy with the outcome.
Dr Romar was very nice and knowledgeable. He was very considerate in regard to the medications he prescribed me because I was paying out of pocket. He also took the time to recommend some over the counter things I could use at my own discretion. I am very grateful for his time because he did not rush he let me talk as well and I came away with a clear understanding of what was happening to me and the course of action we were going to take to correct it. 10/10 would recommend.
Dr Ford and staff were very nice and professional. Waited 45 minutes from scheduled time. Once seen there were no complaints. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. Would recommend and would go back in the future.
I want to say first that I've had great walk-ins and appointments here! But I had an unfortunate experience with my latest visit that shouldn't have happened. I made an appointment, confirmed it via text, used sick time to leave work, arrived early, but discovered there was no one in the building.
The only phone number for this clinic is for corporate customer service. First there's a phone menu, then an AI voice that they pretend is a real person, then hold music, then I got through to a person who immediately accidentally hung up on me... I did the same process again but waited on hold for 5 mins, then got disconnected. I finally talked to someone on the third call, who had to call the *regional* manager, who was unable to get in touch with the manager of *this* clinic, and couldn't tell me what was going on, just that all appointments had been cancelled. Meanwhile, I'm still standing outside the building! I'm sure there was an emergency or something, but either way I never received a cancellation text, call, or email.
Wonderful people work at this clinic, but this was really frustrating! It sucks that I didn't get any communication about my cancelled appointment, and it was needlessly hard to reach a human being for information.
I have been going to Dr. Jarrett for several years and highly recommend her. She is truly the best. She listens attentively and gives the best treatments when it comes to treating my skin. Thank you Dr. Jarrett. I have been to several facilities and I have to say they are all beautiful. The receptionist and nurse practitioners are great and all are very professional. I love this place.
