This location is conveniently walking distance from the Dept of Motor Vehicles in Jamaica., Queens. I’ve been struggling with a bout of eczema on my ankle for a few months and thought let me give this location a try and simply walked in. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to be seen with no appointment (within 20-30 minutes) after completing the standard new patient forms and verifying my insurance information.
The location is very clean and eclectic in decor which I found refreshing. I met with Eric who took my basic medical complaint who was very professional and extremely helpful before meeting with the PA who identified the issue, listened attentively and called in a prescription to my local pharmacy. She had a wonderful, caring disposition about her. I was so delighted with this experience and have since been back for my follow up visit to rinse and repeat the same top tier services. The prescribed ointment did the trick after trying several other treatment plans. A huge win!!
Such a gem in the middle of a busy commercial business area of Jamaica Queens but I was pleasantly surprised to have experienced 5 star treatment from beginning to end for both visits. No need to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location for your dermatology needs. Thank you.
I give my dermatologist a 11/10! Her name is Dr Xiaochen Lenny Yang and she is nothing short of amazing! She’s extremely friendly, informative and overall a great dermatologist Dr. I’ve experienced some insecurities with my keloid and they have completely lightened, a few areas are already completely flat & I only needed 1 session for some. Slightly discomfort but she makes the experience great! She’s amazing and makes the office worth the wait! Thank you so much Dr Yang!

I was very impressed the day after a snow storm that the staff came in and the facility was open. The receptionist (I’ll edit this review later when i get her name) got a bit busy but handled everything well and seemed to prioritize with a positive attitude. She was kind and patient in checking me in, breaking the news to me that i had an outstanding bill, and was willing to provide every print-out needed to understand the charges. The (unsure of proper verbiage) “nursing assistant” was super helpful, attentive, and polite (I’ll edit this review later when i get her name also). She aided the PA Sydney Coscia in treating a critical outbreak on my scalp i was experiencing. I was somewhat panicking and concerned about my outbreak but she brought about a sense of calm and fostered a tranquil environment. The PA Sydney Coscia took the time to ask many questions, consult me on my desired methods of treatment, and stayed around to answer all of my questions without trying to just rush through understanding my issue and treatment. She asked my allergies, and was patient enough to tailor treatment specifically around avoiding aggravating my allergies. It was honestly the first time i actually felt like someone saw my internal panic and handled it with grace and care. I feel that between these 3 it was a prime example of what care in the healthcare industry should try to foster more of. But also, it takes being polite, patient, and professional to people like them as well…character traits often lacking in NYC. I would go out of my way to return here in the future. Thank you all. I’ve had my second visit/appointment and I have not been disappointed. Customer service excellent. My Dermatologist Xiaochen Lenny Yang is Extremely knowledgeable and exceptional,hands down.
