I recently visited Dr. Trevor Young and had an excellent experience. Dr. Young and the entire staff were extremely professional, welcoming, and easy to talk to throughout the visit. They made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions clearly, and provided exceptional care from start to finish.
The office is very well run, and the level of service truly stands out. I’m very happy with my experience and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dermatologist.
Dr. Young and staff were terrific! Only had to wait 5 minutes past my scheduled time. Dr. Young was very attentive and kind . My only gripe was that the examining room was a bit dirty. The wall mouldings can be cleaned better ( Mr. Clean sponge) and it was a bit dusty . I hope the office Manager can get their cleaning crew to do a better job. Otherwise, the service was exceptional!
I’ve been a patient at this dermatology location for three years, and it has never disappointed me. Dr. Jin Zheng is exceptional. He truly listens to my concerns and provides thoughtful, personalized care every visit. The staff is professional and friendly, and the office runs smoothly. I always leave feeling confident and well cared for. Highly recommend!
This is my first time visiting this establishment. Everybody performed above and beyond! The front desk was very professional and assisted me very well. My appointment went very smoothly and the office was clean and bright. I would recommend this to anybody in the area.
Great experience! The moment I arrived the medical asssitant “ Jennifer” made me feel at ease . She was friendly , caring and very knowledgeable - it’s really rare to find such staff these days. The doctor was great too , they both made my appointment smooth, comfortable and stress free. I’m very happy with my visit and would definitely recommend this place.

I called them for three days to ask about the status of a May 2026 cream refill that they said they would issue shortly. I finally go in person to get told that Dr. Zheng said I needed to schedule a visit and pay a copay of $50 for them to issue a refill. That was never communicated to me over the phone and wasted my time. Will not be going here anymore and rather give my copay to another practice that actually communicates well with their customers.
