This is ridiculous. This branch is nothing more than a money mongering corporation. Thank you for finding the medication that helps my acne after spending more than $400 for 2 consultations that was under 5mins. After cracking the code to my hormonal acne, which i am very grateful for, shouldn't we just continue it? Its only been four months and i see tremendous progress. I want to continue it, i renewed my medication once without any problems, but when i want to renew it again I have to spend another $150 as a "follow up" to do so. Why do i have to spend $150 to get a 2min nod that it works?? The pills literally cost me $13.
Doctors have this saying "we never say 'see you again' because that means you are healthy. No need to see us." but HERE?? they literally force you to see them for this $150 consultation fee to follow up if the medication is working. Bro, i have a mirror, i see my acne healing. It works. Doesn't require a whole PHD/RA to tell me that. Btw, this is a medication with the only side effects of "peeing more" its nothing crazy like Accutane or whatever drug you become addicted to. Also, communication is very poor. You constantly have to stop by or call to get an update. You are like chasing them down in this endless void. Tells me to call back at 5pm if i don't get a call/update. I call at 5pm, no update, I want to speak to the manager. Manager is gone by 4:30pm. What kind of logic is that?
Hands down the best experience I've ever had with medical professionals, aside from my dentist. I wish more hospital clinics, pharmacies, and the like came even a quarter of the way to what I experienced here. From booking the appointment to a last-minute reschedule, to the visit itself, they helped me quickly and with genuine care. I left feeling completely informed about what's going on and what I need to do to see improvements.
I had an amazing experience at this office. The staff were welcoming and professional, and I was seen by Rawan, who was honestly amazing. She was extremely helpful throughout my visit, very knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. She was able to resolve my issue very easily and made the entire experience much easier. She is a great and professional dermatologist, and I really appreciated the care and attention given to me. I would definitely recommend this office to others.
Today I visited this clinic. Before coming, I had read both good and bad reviews, so I was a bit unsure about what to expect. However, my experience was very positive.
The receptionist was very helpful and kind, making the check-in process smooth. The two assistants who helped with the doctors—one in a black dress and the other in green—were also very professional and caring. Although I don’t remember their names, they explained everything to me in a calm and clear manner, including details about my medication and each step of the process.
I had an appointment with Dr. Gary Watermelon, and he was very kind and attentive as well. Overall, everyone at the clinic treated me with respect and care.
I have another appointment in two weeks, and I look forward to sharing my experience then.

First of all as a working mom, the fact that they offer weekend appointments is amazing. Making the appt online was super easy and quick. They have plenty of doctors and NPs to choose from.
The front desk lady was so nice and patient. The office was super clean and modern.
I didn’t have to wait at all and my appt started on time.
I saw NP Hwang and she was wonderful. She took the time to discuss my skin issues, answer questions and made sure I understood the medication and how to use it. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.
So happy to find a great derm so close to home.
Wonderful experience from start to finish! I was seen by PA Rawan. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to address all of my concerns. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Everything was handled smoothly, and I felt very well cared for. Highly recommend this dermatology office!
I was very disappointed with my experience at this dermatology office. As a walk-in patient, I waited over two hours to be seen, yet no one informed me upon arrival that there was only one doctor available or that the wait would be so long. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but patients deserve transparency about wait times so they can decide whether to stay or return another day. Had I been told upfront that the wait would exceed two hours, I could have planned accordingly. While the doctor himself was professional, knowledgeable, and provided good care, the front desk experience was frustrating. One receptionist was polite, helpful, and courteous throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the other receptionist came across as passive, dismissive, and rude when interacting with patients. Front desk staff are often the first impression of a medical office, and a more professional and respectful attitude would go a long way.
The quality of care from the doctor was good, but the lack of communication about wait times and the poor customer service at the front desk made this a disappointing experience overall.
Dr. Gary Waterman and his entire staff was absolutely amazing!!
They were sympathetic and listened closely and carefully as I described what I was experiencing with my scalp!!
