The appointment was very quick but thorough. I was seen almost right away, was able to fill out all of the forms in advance, and everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. Very convenient location and they’re open Sundays which is perfect since my weeks are usually very busy. I hate going to the doctor but this was a really great experience.

My experience at this dermatologist’s office was excellent. The wait time was short, and both the dermatologist and his assistant were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me make informed decisions that were best suited for my skin type. I felt comfortable throughout the visit and appreciated the personalized care I received.

I’ve been a patient of SINY Dermatology for years now. Out of all the doctors I feel most comfortable with Vitaly Kramer, he is the best, he has been always very attentive and knowledgeable. He was able to address, explain in details and provide the plan for all of my concerns.

the doctors are very sweet and listen to your needs! but as of the last few months the front office has not been answering emails or calls, not just from patients but have been ignoring CVS specialty calls to coordinate my auto immune medication that i heavily rely on. the office does not reach out with questions from Insurer or pharmacies, and when I call back, they claim to have done it but clearly have not. been waiting on a very simple one day process for weeks now. called every few days with no progress and it is impacting my health.

Waited an hour for my appointment to start(when I was brought back they were eating food that had just been delivered..? why schedule appts to make me wait while you eat?), derm told me my Rx would go to a speciality pharmacy - was never sent there. I was waiting around for nothing while my skin burned. I come to find out it was sent to a pharmacy I didn’t select, which I only discovered after calling and waiting for a return call from a human. BEST PART - The derm NEVER approved my order with insurance. After 3 WEEKS. Order cancelled. So an absolutely useless waste of $$$ and time. Complete chaos at that place. This same employee misdiagnosed me last summer and I was left with a horrific rash. She told me to call and try another Rx if needed and I did that. The office never returned my call and so I had to book another appt and see someone else. I shouldn’t be surprised at what just happened this month!! But I thought it was a fluke, not just their way of working! My husband saw the same derm a few months back and had a similar experience of chaos. Don’t waste your time and money going here. Just absolutely awful. I wish I had read the other 1 star reviews :( they would have warned me.

A very cozy and welcoming office — even the waiting time felt comfortable. I only waited about 10 minutes, which was great. The doctor is truly exceptional — kind, attentive, and never rushed. That last part is especially important, since with some doctors you barely have time to ask a question before they move on to the next patient. Here, I felt heard and cared for.

I had a great experience with Dr. Vitaly Kramer. The visit was quick with no long waiting time, and everything was handled very professionally. The doctor was attentive and explained everything clearly. Excellent service — highly recommend!

I felt a bit nervous about my situation But upon entering your office I felt the warmth and welcome,of the Receptionist to the 2 Specialist who attended to me. I left feeling confident and pleased. Thank you SINY TEAM for making me feel at ease. I will come back.
