I had a great experience at this dermatology office. The staff was friendly, professional, and the service was very fast. The provider took the time to address my concerns and prescribed me two medications, which I was able to receive the same day. They offer a variety of appointment times that are very convenient for patients. Overall, the visit was smooth and efficient, and I will definitely be coming back here again. Highly recommend!

A great staff, knowledgeable and compassionate doctors, PA's and assistants. Everything about this center was above expectations.... It was easy to make an appointment. When I arrived, easy and fast check in... dont be fooled by the packed waiting room, I was taken to see the doctor within 10 min of my appointment time...I would definitely recommend SINY In Bayridge to everyone

The experience is knowledgeable. From the front desk staff up to the back end staff, everyone is courteous and polite to one another and to the patients. Everyone I’ve met has knowledge of any questions or concerns I may have. Thank you for making my experience so smoothly and being able to provide knowledgeable information regardless of my questions and concerns. These are my before and after, my journey was hairless on the hairline. I am seeing improvement. Please note everyone’s journey is different.

My husband and I were treated promptly and very attentively by the medical assistant and doctor. They were kind and efficient. We are now following through with the prescribed medications. The doctor patiently explained the condition and provided in office treatment to my husband, who showed improvement later that day. Other personnel processed new information that I had to present. I appreciated that the desk assistant reminded me about this.

Dr. Joanna Doug, performed Mohs Surgery on the left side of my nose. She explained everything step by step and took her time when she performed my surgery. She was excellent and very gentle and I would recommend Dr Doug to everyone who is going to have any kind of skin surgery. Her assistant Tasha was also very good, she took her time and also explained what she would be doing. Great team work!! Thank you very much Dr. Doug and Tasha.

I have been using Dr. Saitta for quite a few years now and am happy with him and the staff. Everyone is courteous and caring and they make you feel at ease. There is never a long wait and the office is spotless. I recommend him to family and friends.

My teenage daughter entire face was covered with acne. In the space of 1month the improvement we saw was amazing.. The proscription that was prescribed fit her skin perfectly. I’m very pleased with the service we’ve received. My daughter is now smiling much more confident as she no longer have to feel insecure about her skin..
