The staff is pleasant, efficient and welcoming. The imaging technician was thorough, experienced and considerate completing my tests in a third of the time the appt called for. He explained everything he was doing as he did it, asked if I had questions and made sure I was comfortable. As these tests were for a recent cancer scare, I was very anxious going into appt and came out believing I was very well taken care of.

This is what a customer sees upon entry. No sign of a person just the backs of two computer screens. Could that be any more unwelcoming!?!!! I didn’t see anyone. The lights were dim and I thought they were closed. Then I heard a small voice ask if she could help me. I had to look to see where it came from-oh! Hiding behind the computers. Joe was the tech and he was good. Not connected to this office but -The appointment setting was a complete disaster. You all called me 4 times to reschedule an appointment then after about 20 minutes of questioning discover that I needed to speak to a particular scheduler who you were unable to name or connect me with. You need to work on your customer service and processes. I avoid using SimonMed but was referred her by my doctor.

Unprofessional, I’ve been waiting for this appointment because the VA doesn’t have availability. They waited until I got to the location, as I was checking in, told me the MRI machine was broken. No call, no text, no email or anything. I was told the manager said she called me but I have no missed calls. The next available appointment is weeks away or go to another location somewhere else in the valley. This really sucks and the fact that it doesn’t impact them shows in their lack of care or concern. Receptions personal cell phone conversation continued as soon as I took my printout. Don’t come here, you may want to consider another company for your imaging needs in the future.

The lady doing the X-rays was very nice. I had an appt. For 11:30 but was told it was a walk in. There was such a long wait time, I had to go home and go back in the afternoon and still had to wait a long time. Why have an appt?

My MRI Tech, Jarod had an awesome "Bedside Manor"! I am EXTREMELY claustrophobic! To the point of having to take 10 mgs of Valium! He treated me with respect, understood my problem and made my experience MORE THAN RELAXING and extremely comfortable, to the point where I was able to actually fall asleep for the first time I've EVER been able to, in I don't know how many MRI's that I've gotten in my 71 years of life! Thank you and him for making my experience so relaxing! And the front desk ladies also knew of my problem and made me MORE THAN COMFORTABLE! What a GREAT TEAM! Thanks, again for everything!! It's like they took an old Subway subway shop in an office building, turned it into a SimonMed, but kept all the sandwich makers as medical office staff. They must use the word "Appointment" must mean something else at this particular SimonMed, too, because a 9am appointment turned into me still sitting in the "waiting room" (hallway with chairs) at 10:30. The staff were super congenial when I saw them, but it was a Safari experience as catching sight of any staff was rare, but so gratifying upon actual sight. I think next time, I'll make the drive to a Tuscon or Vegas SimonMed. Might be quicker.

This facility is understaffed. I went there for a walk in x-ray referral on June 26th was told the technician wasn't in.no biggie people need time off,I asked the receptionist I the tech would be in the following Monday she said they should. Get there Monday only to be told the tech was limited in what they could do and couldn't do what I needed. The receptionist was very kind so 5 stars to her ,it not her fault they are short handed but after going to another simon med facility that the website showed they were open on Saturday's which is on 1331 N 7th street to find out upon arrival that it is closed on Saturday's. Simon med sucks !going to a different company that's got it together.

Lady at front desk was awesome. Very Very Very friendly and tech was fast and very personable. I loved the whole experience. I’ll definitely be going back! Thank you
