Sherri and the team that helped support me to get my son’s medication was amazing! Everyone was thorough in finding out answers to get the script covered and when it wasn’t Sherri M found me a coupon that made it more affordable. She was on top of the coverage and making sure my pharmacy was filing the script in a timely manner. She personally called me to reach out and take this case to make sure my baby had what he needed to feel comfortable. Sherri treated the situation as if it were her own and was very kind and patient. She was understanding in how I felt as a mother who wanted relief for her child to sleep at night. I would recommend this insurance to many others due to the fact that you can speak to humans and not an electronic prompt. Thank you Sherri M for providing the service that I tell everyone about especially after this encounter.
Sydney was amazing for her relatability and down to earth personality. She was very willing to help and go the extra mile! She looked into different options for the prescription I needed and found a goodrx option to aid in the process of obtaining a medication that my child needed. She was also very helpful in providing options for other specialist that are in our network.

I was scheduled for my telehealth appt. at 7:45pm. At this time Urgent cares and pharmacy’s would have still been open. My call did not come until 8:30pm. The dr stated she could not prescribe anything for me bc she couldn’t do an exam? I had already given my symptoms at the time the appt was set up, the fact that an exam couldn’t take place through telehealth should have been obvious. The dr told me I should go to urgent care. (They were closed by then). I ended up calling my own family dr the next morning and was prescribed medication. Not once have I had a telehealth appt where they have not told me just to go to urgent care instead of handling it themselves. This is beyond frustrating and there does not seem to be any point in using the doctor on call telehealth services.
I selected Redirect Health for my healthcare needs November 2025; I am self employed and was hitting dead ends on the marketplace. Yes, I was skeptical at first but team took their time to explain in detail the plan offerings; deductibles, and any concerns I had. Beyond that, time also proved their commitment to clients. I have had a couple tests, doc, specialists visits and even and ER visit since I joined. All have been covered and my copay was 0 or a reasonable amount. The app is user friendly, as long as you submit your appointment request within a 48 hour period, the team takes are of coordination of benefits. I do not have to be the middle man. Even when things occur in the last minute, ie ER, they still cover . The team is always responsive and caring. I am grateful for them Thank you redirect health.
Redirect Insurance is truly one of the best Health insurance companies that I’ve dealt with. Their customer care team (in all departments) go above and beyond. I am always treated with the utmost kindness, understanding, and respect. They always address every need completely and professionally.
I cannot say enough good things about Sherri M. with Redirect Health. She went truly above and beyond helping me navigate getting my biologic medication for arthritis, which is incredibly expensive and not easy to get financial assistance for.
What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. She would reach out just to check on how things were progressing and was just as frustrated as I was when we kept hitting roadblocks with the pharmaceutical company. At no point did I feel like just another file on someone’s desk. I truly felt supported, heard, and advocated for throughout the entire process.
People like Sherri make an enormous difference during stressful situations like this. She is a wonderful representation of what a company employee should be, and Redirect Health should be incredibly proud to have someone like her on their staff. I lost my job, and continuing on COBRA was going to be too expensive. On January 1, I joined Redirect Health, never expecting that just a month later, on January 31, I would be in a major accident resulting in head trauma, two broken legs, and an extended hospital stay with surgery.
I was initially worried about how this insurance would handle my situation. However, I am genuinely impressed with the level of care I’ve received from Redirect Health and their providers. They check in with me every day to ensure I have the necessary aftercare and support for my mental health, given the shocking nature of my accident.
Having previously worked for a large healthcare company in Connecticut, I was familiar with the slogan “a business of caring,” but my experience there showed me that it was often more about revenue than genuine care. Redirect Health has truly demonstrated to me what it means to be a business of caring.
