I had a wonderful experience during my visit yesterday. From the moment I arrived, everything was easy and stress-free with no wait time. The front desk lady was extremely helpful and kind. Since I didn’t have insurance, she took the time to explain my options, help me with the paperwork, and answer my questions. The provider, Brian, was very professional, caring, and made sure I felt heard. I truly appreciate the amazing service and kindness from everyone. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience!
I have had an excellent experience with this location everytime I have needed to use them. The front is attentive and easy to work with. I get in relatively close to my appointment times. They have also been very good about explaining what situations are happening that might delay my getting in. I don't recall the name of the MA I worked with yesterday morning (5/19/26) but she was both professional and delightful. I saw Daniel FNP. He was personable, thorough, and fast. He also addressed my more esoteric concerns. This is absolutely my UC of choice due both to the quality of service and ease in scheduling care via the website.
I had a great experience at this urgent care clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The check-in process was quick, and I was seen by a doctor much sooner than I expected. The facility was clean, organized, and well-maintained.

I came here in earlier this year with a wicked infection from a cut and incredible swelling that caused excruciating pain. And I was seen by a young tall doctor maybe nurse with the worst bedside manner, he didn’t even look my direction when I was describing the pain and how it was manifesting. he then proceeded to talk over me and said yes I bet that’s painful anyways I’m going to give you this random antibiotic and send you on your way come back if it gets worse. I was left crawling in agonizing pain with my foot expanding every couple hours. I was then seen by a proper doctor who suggested ketarolac , a tetanus injection and did a wound culture and gave me the corresponding antibiotics. I Would not recommend this place whatsoever . Ps my phone broke during the process and this is not even the amount of swelling I had in the end when I went to see the other doctors a couple days later
Had a migraine from coughing all night long . Went in and they got my fixed in no time. They spiced up things. The doctor and staff was very kind and patient and helpful. I appreciate it. Job well done.
believe the reviews about the male receptionist with the curly hair!! i came in as soon as they opened because i didnt sleep all night when i caught a horrible cold. the second i arrive the reception is snappy. instead of a hello he brought out his clip board and said “what do you need” my throat was so coarse i could barely speak, but i told him that i think i have a cold. he doesnt respond at all, only proceeds to ask for my insurance. i did not have insurance at the time and was prepared to pay it out of pocket which i didnt mind because i was in desperate need of evaluation. i tell him this and he says “no you will need insurance it is minimum $500 just to be seen by a doctor and this doesnt include whatever they do with you back there” i was shocked. at the time i tried to think positively about the situation considering that he was looking out for me financially. looking back and seeing other reviews about him made me realize how wrong it is for a healthcare professional to make assumptions about any client’s financial condition. i was so sick i didnt even fight, i left to the walgreens and bought some dayquil since apparently thats the only thing i can afford.
to the receptionist: you are a frontline associate, you dont even work one on one with clients. i try to see the best in everyone but it is hard to say you have a right to be on edge because you are literally getting a clients details and sitting around the rest of the day. just like someone else mentioned, maybe healthcare is not for you. i know theres a mcdonalds on that same block and theyre always hiring smiling faces
Simply great providers here. My doctor, Brian and his MA, Ari were fantastic they worked like a well oiled machine. They got me in and out in under 30 mins. My results came back quick and the portal is easy to navigate.
Had an odd bump and my sciatica acting up went in as a walk in and was seen fairly quickly was in and out within 35 minutes! My doctor, Dr.Pannell was incredible, love her everytime i have gone in. Really sweet, funny, and thorough in my care. Highly recommend her and the nurse was so sweet and genuine! Thank you all so much I will be back again. Hopefully not too soon (; The staff here has always been a delight and very personable.
