I would absolutely recommend them. 😃I visited the location on Ray Road and I was seen by Marlene Zeller one of the Nurse Practitioners there and she is absolutely wonderful. I request her now every time and I was wishing I would’ve changed OBGYNs 3 babies ago, lol. Every time I see her she takes time with me and really addresses every concern and question I have and she is so personable and kind. I really feel that she is genuine and truly cares about what’s going on with her patients. I Also know that she is not taking up and has seen amount of time with me so that she can care for the other patients as well in the same manner. The office ladies are always very cheerful and nice and they always get me in very quickly. I’m not sure how they do it, but I never have to wait long for an appointment. I am over the moon happy with this place. 😊
Great! Easy to schedule an appointment. It was great speaking to an actual person to do so. Renee was really lovely (as was all the staff) and took a lot of time to chat with me about my concerns. She was personable, gentle, and considerate. Definitely a wonderful experience throughout.
Dr Pottorff is extremely personable and knowledgeable. She immediately helps you feel comfortable and puts your mind at ease. She is easy to talk to and explains things in a manner that is easy to understand. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Potorff has been my doctor through the loss of a baby, and continues to be my provider. She is so caring and understanding and supportive and actually there to help! Super easy to be honest with and makes me feel very comfortable and cared for appropriately no matter what I am being seen for!! 😊
My experience with Dr. Lee was very positive. She addressed all of my questions and provided thoughtful recommendations to improve my health. The office operated smoothly and efficiently, and they even got my preferred name right the first time, which doesn’t always happen! I highly recommend Dr. Lee and this practice
Cecilia Hayes is the best. She made me feel extremely calm and understood when I expressed to her some health concerns I’ve been facing. Always know I’m going to receive great care with her. The other staff members are super kind, my wait time wasn’t long, and the office was clean and organized. Definitely recommend.
Dr. Renee has beautiful energy. She is incredible at what she does. She is a healer and definitely someone whom you can trust to take care of you and your baby. Had a 10/10 experience with her.
Dr Cece Heys was really nice. She made me feel comfortable. Listened by looking me in the eye. Gave me a list of referral for other doctors in the valley. The front desk was doing there job and not on there personal cell phone. I was taken care of immediately. Everything was on time and the nice lady in the back Jeannie with all the Hello Kitty decorations was great. She was alot of fun talking too. Even the two ladies listening to me crack jokes while getting my blood drawn were nice. Great experience for some who once dreaded willingly going to the doctor. Office complex is huge. Very fancy looking however it is not hard to find the doctors office. 5 stars
