The wait time was ridiculous. I had an appointment for a mammogram at 2:00pm. I arrived around 1:30 and did the necessary paperwork. I didn’t get called back for my screening until 2:30. There were people that came in after me that were called back before me (I don’t know what kind of appointment they had). I will never make an afternoon appointment again. I think you have a better chance of a short wait time if you go in the morning before they have a chance to get behind schedule. The technician that did my screening was very nice and professional.
A highly professional and caring team that provided a timely, smooth experience. The nurse stood out for creating a warm, comforting environment that helped ease anxiety. Overall, an excellent experience worth the long trip from California to Phoenix and back.
I recently had to visit this imaging center to have a couple of breast cysts evaluated, and understandably, I was feeling pretty anxious about the situation. From the moment I arrived, the staff made such a difference in easing that stress.
The sonogram technician, Theresa, was truly exceptional! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She took the time to explain what she was doing and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her calm and reassuring demeanor made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel much more manageable.
The doctor who performed my procedure was just as wonderful. They were professional, compassionate, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. It’s clear that this center prioritizes both expertise and patient care.
I’m so grateful for the level of care I received here. Experiences like this really matter, especially in situations that can feel so scary. I would absolutely recommend this imaging center to anyone in need of their services.
Self pay sheet i was sent prior to my appointment said 260.00 I get there and they charge me over 380 00. No one there i can discuss with only call this scheduling line and ask to be transfered to someone who i can discuss with? Not acceptable. And if this isn't corrected I will dispute this credit card charge. Some fraud going on here!
I went in for a service that is 100% covered by my insurance, and was still required to pay for service , I was told by front desk to call my insurance which I did , once I had insurance agent on the phone ready to confirm the service request was fully covered I was told they did not talk to insurance , I requested to speak to a manager , he was not available at the time, I paid for the service and went in for less than 30min, came back out and asked if manager was available now , , I was told he had already left , I called customer service to request a refund , and was told I had to wait for claim to be paid by insurance before a refund could be issued. Luckily I had the ability to pay for my service but there was a lady whose service was also covered by insurance but she did not have the money SimonMed required her to pay and was denied service . They will charge you for what they estimate the cost will be, regardless of your insurance coverage , they will cancel or reschedule your appointment and advise you to call your insurance only to tell you they can’t help you. It’s a waist of time and money , I will never go back to SimonMed after this experience.
The staff at this location are consistently rude and disrespectful. The way they speak to customers, along with the negative facial expressions and attitudes they display, creates a very unwelcoming environment. Whether it’s because they are overworked, unhappy in their jobs, or dealing with personal issues, customers should not be treated this way. As paying clients, we deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. I hope management addresses these concerns and works to improve the customer experience.
I was late to my appointment but the lady at the front desk asked to see if the ultrasound tech could squeeze me in and she was able to which was amazing. I thank both their patience and being able to help me. The front desk and the ultrasound tech amazing ladies!
Everything went fast and easy. Everyone had great personalities. My only problem was trying to fill out paperwork on line. Could not remember password from 2 years ago and it would not let me create a new one. I would definitely go back to this SimonMed location.
