Wow, I am so impressed by the care and services that my hasband received by the same day surgeries center and staff. They were organized, very friendly and professional. A special shout out to joy our nurse. In fact I wish I remembered all their names, because they were amazing. From beginning to leaving. Thank you for the services you provided. You should all be recognized for your hard work.

I was recently 1/13/2026 to 1/19/2026 admitted to PIMC due to a Necrotizing Foot Infection. Started at the Emergency Department,ended up on floor 3E. My entire experience was absolutely fantastic! ALL the staff were attentive, caring, informative, and very professional. My Podiatrist Dr. Pettingil had a great bedside manner and was very informative. He did a very good job putting me at ease about my condition even though there was a possibility of losing my big toe. That however didn't happen. The nursing staff was excellent. My Nurse's Anastasia and Gina were exceptional. And even the nurses that I wasn't assigned to were so helpful if my nurses weren't available right away. The CNA staff also did a great job. Thank you so much!

Lauren, Pharmacy manager, was absolutely amazing. Respectful and thoughtful about my needs. She was patient and took the time to really help walk me through my specific situation. I had no idea that the pharmacy had this kind of personal attention available! I had peace of mind, knowing that I can come to the pharmacy and have proper observation for the administration of my first dose of medicine where I didn’t know what the effects could be. Much safer and a much appreciated service.

I had 2 visits to PIMC ER in less than a month and both my experiences were exceptional from the Drs, Nurses, to CNAs. They all treated me like I was their own family members. 2nd time I was in I was sent from ER to ICU and I just want to say ICU has exceptional staff as well. Dr Brown is the best and he explained everything to where I could understand. RN Safiya, RN Sarah, and the CNA Everly absolutely amazing! Lab staff also amazing. They never once made me feel like I was a burden or made me feel like I needed to get better to free up the bed.

I always come every 3 months for my BC shot and always have an amazing experience. I’m 21 and had my first Pap smear today. I was extremely nervous about it before going in. My doctor Emily Corazza made the experience enlightening, positive and delightful. She was so kind, explained everything she was doing in detail so I knew exactly what her next steps were. She also was very informative about the questions I had, didn’t sugar coat symptoms/ side effects (which I LOVE and appreciate very much). I’m very thankful she was my doctor. Thank you so much to the hospital and Dr. Corazza <3

I love the OBGYN care I received here with Dr. Hatavin being my main provider. . She is very knowledgeable and supportive in all my decisions and concerns when coming to my baby & myself! Shout out to the whole staff they r so nice upon check in, Ashley so sweet . All drs are so amazing . Dr. Kishi , Dr. Carillo . Glad they are all my care providers!

Adria at eye clinic is very very helpful! She knows how to elevate patients medical visits and goes out of her way to accommodate patients such as myself. Joyful attitude! They need more people like her in this world especially at hospitals. Thank You for a wonderful experience you deserve a raise! Peace!

PHARMACY, VERNA IS AWESOME!!! SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, DEFINITELY WAY BETTER THAN OTHERS AT THAT WINDOW!! THEY NEED TO TAKE NOTES HOW VERNA IS WITH CUSTOMERS, I'VE ALL THE VISITS PICKING UP MEDICATIONS, YESTERDAY WAS THE BEST!!! KEEP IT UP VERNA!! YOUR POSITIVITY PROFESSIONALISM WAS GREAT TO SEE!!!
